I got the bottom of the bowl and asked if I could wait on the new batch. SHANE SAID NO!! this is terrible service. They literally scrapped the bowl to fill up my box. This is the second time same location same experience.

Chicken Thigh meat is buried in fat , low low quality every bite was full of chicken fat.... Broccoli had a weird green tint looked "Add On".....

They lady was so rude with big lashes, had a large for no reason when I asked nicely for a to go place she said No! But when others asked she gave it to problem this isn't even the first time!

Horrible service. Worker was being rude over the intercom. I was speaking louder because most drive thrus I have to speak louder since i have a quiet voice. Worker snaps and starts laughing, yelling at me saying to quiet down. I understood and not even a minute later i hear another worker talking saying things about me and saying i have an attitude. I am a 17 year old girl. I work at a fast food place as a Shift lead and i know better then to talk to any costumers like that. I pull up to the window and one of the girls covers her name immediately. Which was weird to do. The other lady who took my order, name was Classi i believe. Classi was being reasonable but when I wanted to know the other lady's name she just covered her name and started yelling at me. Again this is NOT how workers treat costumers EVER. They should know better.

I've seen the chefs make the food at other locations! This food is also really really good! I love the people there, and even though this is such a new store the people there already make it such a great place! I love how hard they are trying and with how busy they are all day I'm really impressed with how clean it stays and how accomodating the staff are. Even when things are out the chefs are always trying to make more as fast as they can! Definitely a busy location but worth the wait and money. I can't imagine how busy you guys must be all day and how much you people have to juggle at once! Keep up the great work!!

I made the mistake of attempting to pick up my order that I made through the app through the drive through.The wait time was over 20 minutes. Just sitting there. Are they making the food from scratch here?Some feedback could be that when you have orders that take a long time, you want to have overflow parking or a way out of the line. I was not able to leave because I was boxed in. A number system like Culver's could be a good starting point if you need ideas.

I’ve only been here twice and was disappointed both times (both times were through the drive-thru )first time I ordered a bigger plate and they Forgot one of my meats. Didn’t notice it until I got home it’s was almost closing time so I didn’t bother to go back and complain. Today after waiting 10 min or so order was messed up and the portions were ridiculously small!!! I understand that this is a new location with new hires so I’ll give them a break But if I were you, I’d just make the trip to Apple Valley or some Other location nearby lo
