“The food at Kumar's was surprisingly exceptional! The authentic blend of South Indian spices is perfect, and the people there are authentic, open to questions, and open to helping those who are less knowledgeable about Indian dishes. Kumar's also takes pride in their cuisine and their ethnic traditions. The weekend buffet is a culinary and educational experience, delicious and generous. Everything dish is delicious, and the pani puri explodes in the mouth. The prices are also more than reasonable, particularly for the quality of product and service. I will be making Kumar's our "go-to" place. I highly recommend this gem in the middle of Apple Valley.

We've mostly been enjoying our Lucé at home the past few years, but had a teen visiting and wanted to give them the full Lucé experience. I made a reservation requesting a booth because of hearing loss and sensory sensitivities in our family. We were given a booth back in the corner and we haven't had an evening out that was so pleasant as a family in years! Staff was excellent - for us and the family at the next table with a high-energy toddler who had a spill that was cleaned by cheerful staff who assured the family it was no problem. We used to be that family, so I appreciated this! Everything was clean and the restaurant looks to be in great condition. The artichoke dip was the best ever (I swear we marvel this every time we have it). We tried two new pizza types - the Classic and Wild Mushroom - both were excellent, though Athena and The Lucé will still be our go-to choices. The greek salad was high quality and very fresh. The slice of cheese pizza we took home to our youngest was good (as always - it's the picky little dude's favorite pizza!) Another word on staff - We appreciated our host and server's clear communication; I'm unsure if they did this because of awareness of our noted hearing issue, but thanks to that and the booth placement, I don't think any of us had to ask for repeats. “I stopped by the Restoration Hardware restaurant because a friend of mine was celebrating an anniversary, and I wanted to send them a drink and dessert without being seen. Mark, who was working on the main level, was amazing. He went upstairs and took care of everything for me like it was no big deal.

The hospitality here is next-level. Mark made the whole thing so easy and honestly made my day. It’s rare to find service this thoughtful and genuine. Highly recommend this place—not just for the gorgeous space and great food, but for the incredible team running it.“

“One of the best pizza places around! They always have great food. My sister and I went on a Friday evening, which we knew would be busy. We arrived at our designated time only to find out that they were behind on orders. The first thing I noticed was how hard your employees were working. They looked so overwhelmed and stressed out, but we’re still able to give us great customer service. I saw the order receipts flowing in by the bunches to the point they had to put them in a huge pile on the countertop. Please limit how many people can order per time slot online. Your employees are working so hard for indoor dining as it is.“

“We had a reservation for dinner for 6:15pm. Didn’t have to wait much longer upon arriving to be seated which was nice considering we had three hungry children with us. Our waitress was very attentive. The menu was beautiful and had many great choices to choose from, ranging from affordable eating to on the higher end. Because our friends were treating us for dinner, we went somewhere in the middle and three of us in my family, ordered three French dips. When it came out, mine was just meh. The only thing that made it taste good was the au jus. I took the meat off the bun and dipped it in the au jus (I’m doing low carb) but honestly, I was still insanely hungry after we ate since there was way more bun than meat on the sandwich. The meat was overcooked and had I ordered an actual prime rib, it would have been rare or medium rare, whereas the meat here was more like medium well… the calamari was good. However, some pieces I had were pieces of breading with nothing in it.“

“Popped in here for breakfast with my wife and 4 kids. They didn’t have a table big enough for us because we’re a family of 6 but the server gladly put 2 tables together for us. “This wasn't simply an excellent meal, it was a phenomenal experience. It feels reductionist to say Michelle was our "server". She was more like a cool dinner party host who has everything under control - spending enough time with us to answer every question, made suggestions, and took care of anything we might have wanted before we knew we wanted it.

We had the tuna lover's sushi platter, and it was really fresh, expertly plated, and the flavor balance on the assorted rolls was on point. If you're not into cilantro, I could see how the Mexican fusion could be problematic on a few of the rolls, but we love cilantro, so it was a real treat.

A bottle of sake' was either a brilliant idea or ill-advised, but we weren't driving, so we think the prior.

“Part of my job is to coordinate catering for training sessions, C-suite meetings, Board meetings and as soon as I found Cafe Fusion, it became my GO-TO for any and all catered needs. I've ordered everything from chopped salads, wraps, and pizzas to the taco bar (OMG) and pasta bar (OMMMMGGGG) and the hoagies.
