Where to begin? Rude staff over the intercom. Went through today and was shorted on my order after waiting in line for about 15 minutes. Tried to get back into line but things were so backed up it wasn't funny. So BK you get $6 of my money. I would make a bigger deal over the lack of customer service but it's clear this location clearly doesn't care.
I just waited 20 minutes at 9:00 pm on a weeknight just to place my order. Hoping they don’t get it wrong like they have done before. I wish they would figure out how to run the place.
Over charged, wrong food sizes, extremely rude. Opened and closed the service window as fast as they could, didn't even give us a chance to ask for straws or ask for a receipt since none was given back with our debit card.
