“It was amazing, truly they made great suggestions on what to combine with what, the spice levels were perfect and I tried a few new things that were truly delicious, I will be back!!”

“We took friends to Texas Roadhouse Coon Rapids, for a celebration as my husband was bragging about Texas Roadhouse steaks in St Cloud. We decided to treat them and the server was great,. Three ordered Prime Rib, and it wasn't until we left and were in the car, my husband said that steak had no taste and our guests said it was horrible for prime rib and I asked why they didn't say anything in the resturarant and they said because we treated them!! I spent 139..00 total for the meals and 30 dollar tip. I wrote the manager and no response and contacted guest services which they said they would get back to me but didn't What a waste of our celebration and money. We will never go to that Texas Roadhouse again.”

“Olive Garden always delivers delicious breadsticks, savory soups, and excellent entrees. Which is why, when my partner and I stopped in on a Thursday evening for dinner, they were slammed, crazy busy. We chose to sit at the bar and Dan, our bartender, was exceptional. Despite likely being overwhelmed, Dan never made us wait long for anything. Drinks, refill breadsticks and sauce…sure the food took a hot second, but when it arrived it was yummy as always and Dan was there to ask if we needed anything additional. We were very impressed by his level of customer service under pressure. Cheers to Dan!

Additionally the hosts that evening were friendly, calm, and professional. I just did not manage to get their names, my apologies. Additional props to the kitchen staff, everything was great!”

“I've been here dozens of times over the last decade or so. It was always 'average' as far as the food went. Then tonight happened. They must have a new manager or head chef. I got sushi/sashimi for two like so many times before. But this time the presentation and garnish made it a whole new meal. It was fabulous.”

“I was in today with my mom after church and had a wonderful experience with our server Ben. He was friendly, down to earth and gave us great service. Our food was hot, fresh and delicious. Not to mention Ben made us Strawberry Kiwi lemonades that were fire 🔥 The Manager is also very friendly and made an effort to stop by our table to speak. “Let's start off with the good. The sushi was great ❤❤❤❤. Would go back any time. The salad and soup 👍 .Now the bad/ could improve, the noodles tasted like liquid smoke. Neith my wife or I could stomach it and the veggies were not good as they had to be frozen because the had no color and a lot of water. For the price that is being charged fresh veggies are a must. They do not cost that much.”

“First place I've ever had sushi, and I've come here three times now. They've got an all you can eat lunch for about 20 bucks and I'd say the quality is worth it. They've got a fairly wide array of sushi, sushi rolls, tempura, and even soups (planning to try their Ramen next time I go.) As well as some fried options, like scallops, spring rolls, dumplings and quite a bit else, most of which I still need to try.
Honestly I'd suggest this place during the week for lunch for sure! Will definitely have to see how it is at dinner time, too.”

“First time trying Dave's Hot Chicken and wow 🔥🐔 definitely impressed! I ordered the mini 4 pieces, Dave’s Mozz, and the PR Orange Lavaburst drink. Everything was sooo delicious and fresh. The chicken had amazing flavor with the perfect crunch. I honestly ate everything 😂💯 Customer service was great and the food came out hot and fast. I can see why everybody talks about this place now. Definitely coming back again sometime. Champion spot for sure 🏆”

“Alright, so after a few visits, here’s what I’ve experienced:

Smash burger is amazing; it’s basically all I’ve ordered for at least 8 visits now.

Seven out of eight visits have been great, with just one exception.

Here’s why they don't get the fifth star:

Seat Yourself is fine; I don't mind it. However;

I came in with two business associates I had told about the awesome smash burger.

It was full on a Friday 07/17, with nowhere to sit. The heat of the day was gone, and the patio was in the shade.

We were standing awkwardly while waiting for a table, and not one staff member said hello. I asked if we could sit on the patio and was told no, even after I pointed out it wasn’t that hot anymore, there was shade, and no seating inside. It felt like I was told it wasn’t my problem and was blown off.

So, I can only assume this place is so successful that they don't bother with customer service and make so much money that common-sense solutions to problems in making that money don't matter to the owners.

Also I was a little embarrassed that happened after I talked the place up.

A few things that really stood out for me was:
• The amazing coffee + delicious food (multiple vegan options and options for dietary restrictions)
• The very kind staff and fast service
• The perfect cozy and welcoming atmosphere
• It's never overcrowded
• It's the perfect place to sit, relax, and enjoy delicious coffee
• I have extreme social anxiety, so I can't relax easily in public spaces but I can relax completely at Caribou!
• It's never too loud there and is the perfect volume, so you can talk easily without straining to hear and it's never too overwhelming!

Yes, we stayed and enjoyed our beverage. I'll mention that I'm frugal so for me it was more than I wanted to spend. Then again everything is higher than I'd expect now days.

“Dunn Brother's by far has been the most traditional coffee shop with some added choices. Not over(dunn) just easy to choose from. Always good service with them and a relaxed setting for business meetings or just to sit and chat with a friend. Way better food and snack choices than orher coffee shop competitors and fair pricing. Try an Iced Mocha Breve or the Infinite Black cold press!”

“What’s up with the Coon Rapids Costco? They now check your membership card when entering and once again (in-person) when using self checkout. You also need your membership card to start checking out. I guess I wouldn’t be upset about it if I was treated with an once of respect. The person assigned to checking membership cards was talking to another member and we proceeded to the checkout only to be rudely called back to her position. Is this a new policy and if so maybe a little communication to your members.”

“This location is INSANELY BUSY but they keep it relatively under wraps and I don’t think the employees get enough credit from the customers or their supervisors. I ordered through the app on a Saturday afternoon and they were crazy busy, but they still are delivering drinks and food in a timely manner. They’re doing an excellent job, just be patient! I hope you pat yourselves on the back, guys. You are doing an excellent job despite the influx of customers.”
