“The fish dinnerI get 2 pieces of cod most times I eat there. The breading gets soaked when they plop the lemon wedges on it making it difficult to pick up a piece to dip in the Tartar sauce. I still like it. The coleslaw is better than average. I always tell them no biscuits but they always put one on my plate like it or not. I drink Diet Mountain Dew and they did away with that.... that sucks. I like the Raspberry Ice, it's the best but only in summer. The turtle sundaes are still a little above average. Concrete mixers are pretty good kind of like a blizzard. The mushroom Swiss I'd good but not as good as Hardee's. I like their onion rings a lot, the French fries aren't cooked long enough. “The only thing I had a problem with was that the restroom temperature was set to broil. I told the cashier and he said he would turn it down. The employees were very nice even to my repetitive mom!! “Love that they have coconut smoothie. Bobas are slightly hard and chewier than I like. So I usually get it without it now. I like a softer tapioca boba. They did make my order wrong one time but they corrected it and had me keep the wrong order. Great employees!“
“What a gem! Great selection of ice creams and the young staff are helpful, attentive, and friendly. It's hard to not leave the shop without a handful of pints for our freezer. They also make real ice cream cakes that are excellent! The first time I ordered one my pickup time was on the last day they were open before Christmas ? and there had been heavy snow that day. My car had died and I was not able to pick up the cake, but one of the owners delivered it to our house. Wow! We look forward to ? for many more years to come!“
“I ordered cookies for pick up today-Valentines Day!! I arrived at 10:30am to pick up my cookies and there were already 17 people in the store! The greeter was friendly and said there would be a short wait for orders! No problem! Then I realize that there was only one employee baking the cookies and only one employee preparing the orders! Why, why, why would they not have more help on what is probably Crumbl’s busiest days of the year!! I will say the young lady ( wish I had gotten her name) was doing a great job getting the orders out as quickly as she could and was very friendly and professional upon delivery which was commendable since I’m sure she was overwhelmed!! She definitely deserves a bonus from Crumbl for her service today! By the way, the cookies were as beautiful and delicious as ever ( also a compliment to her)!!“
