“Met a colleague here for a lunch meeting. I drove past it the first time. The white brick building doesn't have a huge outdoor sign but if you do the same, make sure you uey to get a table at this place. There is not a lot of seating but I got there a bit before noon and found a table with 4 chairs available. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich (no cheese for me but you can get with an extra charge). The sandwich came right from the grill to my table as it was nice and hot. Tomato and lettuce toppings were fresh. The fries were a fav. I love the skinny, crispy, salty fries and these were perfect. I got so many I have enough for another meal which I brought home. The owner was also our server and, apparently Friday's are sushi nights which my colleague says is a fav. Have to come back. Great experience.“

“Terrific find in St Paul in the Art Deco St Paul Air Terminal Holman's Table. Lot's of photos of early aviation, a private plane landed and taxi'd up for a lunch meeting. Meals were excellent, the room is a delight over looking Holman Field.“

“We went for dinner with friends and loved the view, atmosphere, and had great service. The drinks for most of us were also excellent. However we all felt that the food and presentation was a three star. So take that into account if you are reading this.I know they are going for the diner/dinette vibe but the shrimp cakes in a cardboard box isn't ideal. The French fries also were good but look like something you would get next door at CHS Field.I had the duck pasta with ricotta cheese and it was a major letdown for me. I should have ordered the burrito. However the menu isn't that large so your options are limited. The pork belly was tasty but had way too much spicy sauce all over it.Will I go back? Honestly it is unlikely. I hope they can improve the food and expand the menu because the location is beautiful and historic. And our server was prompt and took great care of us.“

“A lot bigger than the last time I ate there, like 10 to 15 years ago. Food and service were great, very friendly, clean, our order came pretty quickly, nice decorations, but it was a little loud or noisy. My boyfriend could hear me when I tried talking to him. Had to raise my voice so much that the entire restaurant definitely heard me. Cuz suddenly it went quiet, I never felt that many eyes on me in my entire life. Anxiety overload. My grandson was chilling and relaxed.“

“I wasn't expecting much more than a typical pub night at Muddy Waters just based on my one prior summer patio happy hour experience, but this place surprised me tonight! We went with another couple for dinner on a weekend, and felt the food quality was better than other restaurants known for fine dining. We sat at the oversized corner table in the bar side, which was casual and cozy. Our server was engaging and always there at the right moment. Simply stated, the food was really, really good! My husband had the bone-in ribeye with au gratin potatoes. OMG those potatoes! Steak was cooked perfectly. I had the scallops and can't say enough about the nice char, and buttery sauce. The texture and flavor... some of the best scallops I've had! Not bitter. Soft and melted in my mouth with crunchy bacon on top. The broccolini and cole slaw sides were tasty as well, nicely seasoned. The parm crusted walleye was also a hit. We tried 2 desserts and couldn't pick a fav between the vanilla cheesecake and flourless chocolate cake. I'm a big fan!!“
“Relaxed, casual, friendly, just generally welcoming. Everything you could want from a place like the Cro.Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance to the bar on the left is a ramp right into the place. However I didn't see any automatic door openers.“

“Came in about 4pm on a Thursday. No one else eating in, and got a happy hour Blood Orange Pryes beer and vegan wrap of some kind. The bright colors and atmosphere is great, and the food was delicious and the guys who helped me out were very friendly. I’ll be back because this is exactly my kind of restaurant.“

“Scabs is a special kind of townie bar that we've grown to love after becoming boaters at a nearby marina a few years ago. There are a few good bartenders at Scabs, but Shawna is our favorite and has quickly become a friend of so many of us boaters who stop in every weekend throughout the summer. Her sassy attitude always makes our stops at Scabs hilariously entertaining and she makes a great Bloody Mary as well. The lady works harder than anybody I know and we appreciate that she's always making sure we don't go thirsty before a refill. If you're looking for food, I hear they make a good burger on the deck in the summer and you can't beat the price or the river views. There's also a weekly meat raffle that has some incredible choices, all from Ptacek's IGA up the road, along with live music on the weekends. What more could a guy or gal ask of their favorite dive bar?!“
“Nice local bar in the bottom of a house feel. The bartender is Midwest MN awesome. A life long resident feel with a lifelong residential feel to an old historic Polish Hall. These are become rarer and rarer, definitely worth the stop for the life experience.“

“Al's Corral isn't scared to be what it is: a hole in the wall that everyone is glad they found. From the staff to the patrons, this place is good. Here is what I didn't expect: the amazing burgers. For having the world's smallest menu and kitchen, they found how to do something great, and they follow through. I will definitely be back.“
“Good local bar atmosphere. Friendly and fun bartenders; one started started a conversation with me like I'd been coming there years. Good draft selection with Kona Big Wave on tap. League volleyball was going on outside. Wish I coulda stayed for more than just one beer.“
“What a great list of local MN tap beers....inside/attached to a theater! Very nice seating and TV in the bar. You can bring the beers to your movie. Excellent service. Christina, the bartender, is a top-notch master-of-service gem. Very knowledgeable beer slinger and lets each guest know when their movie is seating. I'm impressed.“
“Small little bar that’s CASH ONLY. A White Claw can was only $4.25! I think that’s the lowest I’ve ever been charged! Not too busy so I got a lot of attention and good service. There’s an atm, a dartboard, one pool table and a change machine for quarters. There’s about 8 taps and 4 dozen bottles of hard alcohol. I don’t think there’s a kitchen or a menu. Just some bags of chips and 3 boxes of pull tabs.“
“Wow! Beautiful transformation with the updates done to the Monkey Bar portion of the bar. MUCH more outdoor seating and wonderful new bathrooms. Bar still is great and prices are not bad. Service can ne an issue, as there was no table service on the Saturday we were there, but the staff that worked the bar were friendly, helpful, and efficient! We will go back.“

“I don't know why I didn't take a photo of the pho but this place has an eclectic menu that is awesome.Took my wife and kids for Mother's Day and we had the place to myself. Sad that it was slow for business but awesome that we went there. Have the egg roll, the pho, and the loaded fries.I really really am impressed with it.“

“PSA: this does NOT really have video game arcades. If it's after hours and Starcade is closed, you're not going to find nerdery here. These are not the droids you are looking for.I had had a great date that continued well into close and my date and I were looking for another place to just hang out at. We're both nerds, thought oh hey, Arcade Bar, that's perfect. To it's credit there is a claw machine and a Jurassic Park pinball game it's as much a video game arcade as much as a Perkins lobby. That being said, we did end up staying there until bar close because it had what we were looking for. Drinks, ample seating and a place where we could chat. It's cash only but the drinks are very affordable. It's chill and turned out to be exactly what we needed. Thanks Arcade Bar!“

“Conveniently located off the frontage road of Hiway 61, it does resemble a big red barn. There is a banquet hall/area with entry in the back of the parking lot. Tuesdays offer tacos (good tacos-self serve taco bar) & Johnny NO Cash Country band, on Wednesday its bingo. The kitchen offers pub grub as well as Heggies Pizzas. I was looking forward to an order of chicken wings, but the kitchen ran out of wings. Next time we come here to line dance, will try to get the wings again!“
