I would like to share with the world how unprofessional and trashy this location is. I came in for my regular bowl that I’ve gotten all my life of going to chipotle and I was haggle and treated like dirt over asking for extra cheese. The Latino man making my bowl Monday, April 1 at around noon was so disrespectful, condescending and rude. If I ever see his face again, I think I could actually slap him. The manager Jacqueline is trash as well. She doesn’t even call customers back when they have a complaint. I visited the store two times to try and give a complaint about how the worker treated me and she has yet to even call me back. I highly recommend you stay away from this location. There are plenty of other chipotles to visit who treat their customers like decent human beings. Jacqueline, if you’re reading this, I think you need to freshen up on your managing skills because you’re not doing a good job. Also if this location ever tries to charge you for extra cheese just know it’s a lie. I went online to order a bowl on the website and it doesn’t even charge you. They lie and pick and choose who they want to up charge. I have no problem paying for extra toppings IF that was the case. I used to work for chipotle and this was never a rule. Jacqueline if your reading this DO BETTER!

Food was great chicken tasted kind of idk the words not good but not bad... but this person really was on a portion size control when I asked during rice, corn, sour cream.. it was quite annoying to keep saying, Can I get a bit more. Like okay sir ?...Parking: There are a ton of parking spots!Kid-friendliness: Its a really chill enviromemt inside.

I get there and I am ordering. Then I try ordering steak they were out then carne asada they were out of that to. With no offer to prepare some.It was only 2 hrs till closing time.Vegetarian options: There is a lot of options

Tonight was my second time at this location and I will most definitely never go back. The service was HORRIBLE, employees were very rude and this dining room was absolutely disgusting. The white rice in my bowl wasn't all the way cooked. The garbage cans in the dining room was so full that the garbage was spilling on to the floor and there were no clean tables at all.

The absolute WORST Chipotle I've ever been to. Almost worth the extra 20 mins to go to woodbury!! Ive never seen such slow workers that mess up so many orders!Ive come to realize the single $h1tty review isnt enought for this place so ill be listing every bad experience until they figure out how to run a fricken chipotle2/13 - 5th straight time theyre out of root beer. Absolutely filthy. From the bushes outside to the front doors covered with hand prints. I'm not sure I've ever been in a dirtier fast food restaurant. Family wanted Chipotle so that's what we got. Customer service was pretty similar to the state of disarray of the restaurant. Come on you guys. Have some pride in your work.

The service was terrible, the food was awful, the employees were rude. This is truly unacceptable. Managers need to start correcting this behavior. I spent $20 to get subpar, poorly assembled fast food from a rude teenager. Never again. I’d rather drive 20 minutes and get it made properly somewhere else.

They left sourcream on the line and other food and just slid our food on wrapper right through it along with several other customers. All the lids of bowls and wrappers slid through it where dirty and gross. And 3 people where doing it and doing nothing about it. When I pointed it out they looked at me like I was nuts. Lazy and gross will not be going back
