Only thing I don't like is now I have to walk all the in to the back of the shop to pick up my mobile order. It was much more convenient when it was near the door. A couple weekends ago it was packed and I had to worm my way through to the back to try to pick up my mobile order.
I always get an iced americano with a splash of heavy cream. A few times I have had too much cream, not enough cream and once or twice no cream at all. Every time the staff was more than happy to help fix it. Tied for 2nd best coffee around the twin cities in my book.
