Last four orders placed ahead of time on the app weren’t even started by the time I arrived, and it’s during a dead time, not busy and sometimes not even any other customers. Two of those trips they asked me what I ordered as if they hadn’t received the order at all and three of those trips they tried to give me only the first drink and nothing else (other drinks/food items) I had to go inside to help them figure it out and then wait. Two of those trips I had to leave without the food orders that I paid for because I didn’t have time to wait -which is why I order ahead on the app for drive-thru pick up. One of the trips when I went inside they completely ignored me and continued to talk until I asked for help. They hadn’t even started my online order and again tried to give me less than I ordered and acted snotty about it. Everyone who works 5pm-5:30pm Thursday-Sunday should be fired.

Cameron the manager can’t do his job properly @ 615 am on a Friday morning because Starbucks has no hot water yet(Cameron didn’t show up to work until 6am when they opened then didn’t flip the espresso machine on because their water was still heating up @ 615 am) then to top it off they have no drink carriers!!! HOW IS SOMEONE SUPPOSED TO CARRY 3 HOT COFFEES??? And also manage them in your car???????? WITHOUT SPILLING!!!

If you're in a hurry do not stop here for coffee. Terrible management. Stopped in to grab a quick coffee there was only one poor young girl working she kept telling all the customers I'm sorry it's gonna be a few minutes the manager left and never came back. Holiday weekend people are out and about. Manager took off never came backup to help the poor woman make coffee 20 minutes later I'm still waiting for my coffee I went to customer service to have the manager paged to come backup to Starbucks to help the one poor girl that was left there alone. Never apologize to the girl never said anything. The young lady was the only one apologizing to the customers the manager did not say anything another customer had told me that this is very typical for this Starbucks in hyvee. Extremely poor management.

Ok so first of all I ordered an ice caremel macchiato hot and the worker behind the counter (reghan) couldn't perform a task so simple, afterwards she gave me a latte with no ice! Like what is this service? I'm stuck with a room temperature Coffe.

Not a bad way to celebrate finishing a 5K over at Hamlet Park (they do it every Saturday at 9 am, just sayin). My cold brew was velvety smooth and the young gentlemen taking my order was pleasant and professional.

I had the most amazing experience at Starbucks today! Anna and Ava are two of the sweetest girls I have ever met! Super efficient and friendly! These young ladies definitely deserve a raise ??

Every time I go I get excellent service. I always see two young ladies working and they are always friendly and helpful. Nice to see such young workers doing such a great job. Always make my drinks how I like them. Love it!

Service was terrible. 8:20 a.m. - Not busy so that isn’t an excuse. Guy behind the counter was rude and badmouthing the night crew to his co-worker because the breakfast sandwich I ordered and other breakfast items weren’t stocked. They didn’t have four singles in the register for my change. When I picked up my cup he didn’t have the lid on tight and it was full to the brim which would be great if the lid was on. The drink spilled all over my hand and the counter and when he saw what happened I told him the lid wasn’t on tight so it spilled. Sarcastically he said oh so the lid wasn’t on tight, what do you want me to do, fix you a new drink? The drink tasted awful so it got tossed. Can’t wait for the stand alone Starbucks in the same shopping area to be finished so I can go back there.

Long, yet informative, story time. Today is my birthday. Every year I enjoy the lovely birthday reward that Starbucks offers, so it was time to do so this morning. Unfortunately, the stand alone Starbucks is temporarily closed due to renovations, so I had to go to the one in Hy-Vee. I order my drink and ask to use my birthday reward. A gentleman (not so gentle) screams from across the way saying, "OH WE DONT TAKE REWARDS HERE BECAUSE WE ARE A FRANCHISE OWNED BY HY-VEE" okay...sir...you didn't have to scream at me. So, the cashier kindly asks if I'd still like to purchase my nitro cold brew and I say sure. I get my drink, notice the color is completely off, proceed to pay and head out. I hop in the car, take a sip and realize that it tastes awful. I've had many nitro cold brews throughout the years and never had it taste so bitter. So I decide to go back and ask for a replacement drink. The same guy yells across "WHATS WRONG WITH IT?" I explain to him how it tasted and he said, "THATS HOW THEY COME IT COMES FROM A TAP" and I try to kindly tell him that the color is off and tastes really bad. I ask the same cashier if I can just get it replaced and the screamer says "MAKE SURE ITS A DRINK OF THE SAME PRICE OR LESSER VALUE" Jesus Christ sir what is your problem?! At this point, my morning has already been ruined because of his poor attitude, and the woman in front of me even told me "you're paying so much for a drink you may as well get something done right" the same guy makes my drink and of course, it's wrong. I didn't want to come back in for the third time so I sucked it up and went home. I decided customer service needed to hear about this. I wish I had gotten his name, because he has completely tainted this Starbucks location for me. I will not be returning. If I see him after my grocery trip at Hy-Vee, I will kindly wave and hope he changes his customer service skills.

Nothing special to say about the product, you go to chain coffee places for consistency. However, the staff here are always helpful and friendly and, often times, if the standalone Starbucks across the street is out of something, the HyVee one usually still has it. And you cam still earn stars here too!
