Irishman's Shanty offers an excellent breakfast experience, with perfectly cooked veggie omelettes and hearty 4 oz steak and hash brown skillet meals. The atmosphere is nice, and the breakfast prices are reasonable. The staff are excellent, and the food is flavorful, hot, and fresh. However, the walleye dinner and coleslaw were disappointments, with the walleye being deep-fried without a nice flaky breading, and the coleslaw dressing being too hot.
