Genuinely the best fried chicken I've ever had. I walked in, was sat down, had some delicious fries brought out to me ahead of the wings, got refills as soon as I was low on my drink, and all this for 14.49. I'm still in shock hours later.

First time here for a take out order for my wife, Mom, and myself. My wife is South Korean and is amazed at how anything can be named Korean this and that. She's from Korea during the 50s time period. And when she went to Korea a few years ago before her dear ol' Mom passed didn't recognize 21st century Korea. Much has changed from when she left Korea in the 70s. The food is more American-ized than traditional Korean cuisine. But I digress.The chicken was good, not the greatest in my opinion. We did have sides as well. My Mom loved the dark meat portions tho.Vegetarian options: Kimchi is your only option.Dietary restrictions: The food is a heart attack waiting to happen. Lol.Kid-friendliness: Kids would be bored here. Lol.Wheelchair accessibility: No wheelchair access.

Bonchon has amazing food—when they manage to get it right. Every time I've had Bonchon, I leave feeling like it was a terrible experience, but somehow the food was just good enough to make me give them another try many months later. This is the same experience at many locations I've tried across multiple states.We arrived during a rush at 6:45 p.m. There was chaos at the entry area. Delivery drivers were standing everywhere, and parties waiting for tables were scattered. No clear line. There appeared to be one person working front of house, so it took more than 10 minutes for any dine-in party be acknowledged by staff, but we were then quickly seated. Then, it took just shy of 20 minutes to get glasses of water. We placed our orders, and it took 40 minutes for our mains to be delivered. We were given other tables' food twice. Our bill was given to the table next to us—and before all our food had even been delivered. When we got our bill, I asked if we could get the appetizer we ordered and were charged for, and it appeared at the very end of our meal.Overall, Bonchon's food has always been just good enough to make us forget how reliably awful the experience is to get it. However, with the size of one of our favorite items (the Bonchon chicken wrap) shrinking every time we go, this might finally be the trip that sends us to a new Korean chicken place like bb.q Chicken or Kbop Korean Bistro.

We took some family members here for their first time trying Bonchon's chicken, and the loved it. We all had the large combo (drumsticks and wings) in Soy Garlic, and it did not disappoint! We also had the bulgogi w/rice and that was excellent. My brother-in-law stated their coleslaw is the best he's had as well. Recent remodel was nicely done.

This place just cranks out quality food. It's consistently great every day. Never had a bad meal here, and the service is terrific. Nice to come to a place where they appreciate their customers. The spicy wings are spicy indeed. I'm not sure I could eat a whole meal of just them. But as part if the meal, they are outstanding. The soy wings are to die for.
Amazing experience at this restaurant. My husband works with Uber Eats and he had to pick up an order from this place, after his shift he took me on a date! I recommend this place for sure!The Shrimp Shumai (fried) is so good. Bulgogi and Bull Dak as our main dishes were so yummy! Don't leave before tasting the seasoned fries!Besides the food, the staff was very friendly and polite. They were very professional and answered our questions accurately and served us very well when we asked for more items. I have no complaints about them.Overall, an amazing experience!
