OMG!! By far the best Italian pie place in Eagan! We love thin crust & this homemade, hand-tossed perfectly baked is the best! Flavorful sauce, all fresh toppings & just the right amount of cheese puts Scratch Pizza at the top of the list! Rounding out with salads, pastas, wings & delicious desserts, we tried the cannoli, will definitely bring us back. Well done!
The pizza fries were amazing!!! Lots of cheese and delicious marinara dipping sauce. We ordered the Butcher pizza, thin crust, 1/2 without the smoked chicken, I don't like chicken on pizza, flavor was amazing, sauce was just right, beer was cold! Staff was great, and to top it off, winning pull tabs!! I'll be back!
