“Good food and plentiful. We had a large veggie/meat platter for 5. I took home leftovers and had two more meals. We did not try many beverages. We ran out of time, for our schedule. Found out that "Injera" ,the Ethiopian spongy bread,is made from teff, and is gluten free!! That was a plus, as one guest has gluten issues!!Vegetarian options: Menu is online, also.Parking: This place is near Target in Eagan, across the street from EMagine Theater. We had trouble following the Google map directions. It's next to/ near the Dollar Store. All are north of Cliff Road. Easy to get to, actually.“

“Delicious food great staff. Glad we finally got to go there and definitely will go back. The vegetarian platter is to die for. I cannot recommend this enough. We had the ceremony coffee and it was deep rich and best enjoyed with a bit of sugar. They gave us an appetizer that was some kind of butter and barley bar that was heavily spiced. It was delicious. If you like good food and good people it’s well worth the trip.“

“This was our first time at Mesob. Not being familiar with Ethiopian dishes, we had the Meat & Vege Sampler; it was fabulous! The atmosphere was friendly, beautiful, and interesting. Service was a bit chaotic but it was a busy Saturday night after all. We will definitely go there again with friends in tow.“

“We had a group of 8 friends visit Agelgil for the first time for dinner. Some had not had Ethiopian food before, so it was a new experience for them. The food was really fantastic, authentic yet still accessible for the newbies. The service was also so friendly - they made an effort to make sure everyone was enjoying their food and having a good time. Portion sizes are large and a great value too. We will be back!“
