I literally visit this location once or twice during a work week M-F. I order the same thing every time online and walk in to get my order. Half a Napa Chicken Salad sandwich on sourdough with a regular charged lemonade. (Before the recents deaths due to the over consumption of the charged drinks it was self-serve. Good food and good ambience. In store app is also too good with a very user friendly interface, only thing is screen is very small. Good ambience with lot of space and very good lighting. Unlimited Sip is one of the main attractions. Though quantity is very less, everything tasted good.

10/10 for customer service! Placed an order on the app and they CALLED me to let me know one of the items I ordered was out of stock. Ok, that is some top their communication if you ask me! Once I got to the drive thru there was maybe a three minute wait (which is nothing compared to the Panera in my town) and they gave me a free brownie!!
