10/10 for customer service! Placed an order on the app and they CALLED me to let me know one of the items I ordered was out of stock. Ok, that is some top their communication if you ask me! Once I got to the drive thru there was maybe a three minute wait (which is nothing compared to the Panera in my town) and they gave me a free brownie!! The sandwich I ordered was prepared nicely and I even got THREE WHOLE SLICES of avocado on each half of the sandwich! What a breath of fresh air. I’ve seriously had to wait over a half hour before in my town’s Panera drive thru, for ONE SANDWICH! And they hardly ever put any toppings in it. This was easily the best Panera interaction I’ve had in forever. Especially since I was coming home from traveling for a full 24hrs so I was desperate for a decently fresh meal. Ugh thank you! Lol

Management problems during the pandemic chased me away: they couldn’t keep the doors open. So I gave them a new chance today, the croissant was hard. I complained and they said “But it was made just yesterday “. If I wanted day old bread I’d go to the day old bread store. And they offered to let ME heat it up in the under counter microwave, like I’m on staff. Clearly needs new owner/manager.

I HATE Panera. Their website is the worst. The group ordering link doesn't work and is very glitchy. Don't call custoner care because they don't care, can't help and have NO CLUE how to fix the issue. The website has a serious glitches too when logging in. Clear cookies, change browswers, it doesn't matter, this company is so far behind the times. Thsi is one company taht start closing up for all I care! Their food is very subpar anyways, so considering all of those headaches, I refuse to order from them ever again. They also charge a $15 conviencefee for online orders!!!

I literally visit this location once or twice during a work week M-F. I order the same thing every time online and walk in to get my order. Half a Napa Chicken Salad sandwich on sourdough with a regular charged lemonade. (Before the recents deaths due to the over consumption of the charged drinks it was self-serve. Now the counter staff has to give it to you). It comes with the tiny bag of chips. I'm not sure if there's suppose to be a pickle because it's hit or miss if I get one. This sandwich is delicious. It seems recently they are putting less of the chicken salad with more lettuce and tomato. All-in all it's a perfect lunch. I often get money off because of their rewards program.
