March 19, 2024 Update:After trying this Sarpinos location againa few times, I can say I think they are back. The buy 1 large, get 1 medium is back, consistency issues are far less, and delivery time is great. I only order online and haven't had any issues. Every delivery person has also been polite. If you're on the fence this is a great place for a pie.Old Review:Once upon a time Sarpinos would have been a shining 5 stars in a sea of 2-3s, and they were the only pizza place I trusted at 1am. But as of a few months ago new management has taken over and reduced this once great pizza location to a husk. Sarpinos was already what I would have considered on the higher price end of pizza places, but with their buy 1 large get 1 medium pizza deal online, it was manageable. With the removal of the coupon and what I can only say is a reduction in quality, this location has lost its luster. Last few pizzas have had an issue with a doughy, slightly undercooked center and wrong toppings. Delivery times also feel longer. For now, let us all hope that one day Sarpinos Eagan location will come back to its former glory. I fear that day may never come, but I will still have hope.

HORRIBLE Website experience, To long and complex to order a pizza. The website crashes all the time. You call and you get "HOLD" when they answer....then be prepared to site on hold for 30+ minutes. So easier to go to Ol Piper, Pizza Hut or ANY other competitor. It s a shame because the pizza is good but its not worth the hassle!

Horrible service.......always slow to answer the phone. Rude customer service and the website is horrible. Crashes all the time, stalls out and forget trying to call them to avoid a double payment! Worst pizza place in Eagan, please save your self the hassle and avoid this lousy vendor!

Only reason for the four stars is I never did get my garlic butter dipping sauce which hopefully gets fixed for the next one, But other than that, tasted awesome & love the variety of toppings.

First time ordering from Sarpino’s and it did not disappoint. Excellent phone service, 17 min from call to delivery. The large 2-topping pizza was to die for cheesy deliciousness! I’ll be back!

2nd time in a row I ordered from Eagan Sarpinos and Didn't get my pizza how I ordered it I order the same exact pizza cut in squares and pay $35.00 plus tip and they cant cut it in squares when it clearly stated squares it's even on thevlabel they put on the pizza so this time I called when i got my pizza And asked to get a new pizza I was told No we are closed now I can give you a discount on your next order I said a discount? The person I was speaking with informed me that not getting it cut the way I ordered it wasn't wrong I was basically told to get over it I stated I paid 35.00 and should get it how I ordered it I hadnt raised my voice or been rude so I said I would like refund you can have the pizza back I was told if I got a refund he would take me of their ordering list What????I said excuse me he stated yes your being irrate and cant order from here anymore Are you kidding,?? I asked whom I was speaking with he said the owner wow that's how you treat customers when you make a mistake I said Yes I'll take the refund and asked for his name and I got hung up on!! I was a restaurant manager for 30 years would never treat a customer with such blatant disrespect I am baffled at the lack of customer service and how this situation was handled

This is hands down my favorite pizza spot in Eagan! I also like the cheesy bread. When you’re ordering it, they ask if you want it extra toasted. It’s the little details that make it awesome!

hi, I placed an over the phone order and I called back to cancel the order less than 5 mins. I had the courtesy to even call back to cancel my order due to an emergency with my water breaking out of nowhere. Now I'm rushing to the hospital calling to cancel the order and he hung up in my face! I called back to reassure the phone didn't get disconnected, and he clearly sent me to voice mail. i wasn't even going to waste my time writing a review but he was such an asshole! but it's up to you if you want to eat here.
Very expensive dinner. $8 dessert. $32 pizza. Food was decent, however for the price we paid, I could go and get 2 steak dinners. Free delivery is wrapped into the price.My pizza had to be eaten with a fork and knife. If you want gluten free you'll have to order each ingredient separately. To be fair the pizzas tasted good, just not in my price range.Also, we were notified that the driver was close. Spent an additional 20 minutes waiting after receiving the text. The pizzas were warm but not hot.

I will give two stars for the treatment I have had before, but it is absolutely insane these prices. Like what are you thinking, 32$ for a 16 inch? Who has that kind of money for a pizza? Lemme know if theyre hiring.

There are lots of clearly labeled vegan options when ordering via the website. Inside the restaurant, there is no menu board or paper menu to refer to. One of the walls has the menu painted on it, but it does not list vegan options. So ordering on-line is the best option.
I ordered a large (14") "Vegan Create Your Own" pizza with the following ingredients:
Regular crust (which is vegan)
Vegan marinara sauce
Dairy-free cheese (Daiya brand)
Vegan Field Roast Plant-Based Pepperoni (on half)
Beyond Plant-Based Italian Sausage (on half)
Onions
Mushrooms
Black olives
Taste-wise it was definitely a step above compared to some other pizza chains. The employee said they make the crust and sauces in-house using premium ingredients and consider Sarpino's to be a top-tier pizzeria.
About the price: $38.98 + $2.78 tax = $41.76 total. This is about what you'd pay at other quality/specialty pizza restaurants when ordering pizza with multiple vegan ingredients.

Pizza was great, just took forever to get it. Ordered online for pick up, but had to wait a very long time even after arriving later than my “ready” time. I only saw one guy working, so I’m sure like everywhere they are short on staff. We all loved the pizza though, so we’ll continue to go but plan to order much farther in advance.
