Stay away from this place. I’ve never seen a group of people that show absolutely no desire to move! Went to pick up order and was standing for 20 mins. 3 other people waited the entire time and nobody took their order. Embarrassing work ethic displayed!

We went there at 1pm n they were closed!! Never ever will I cone here again. That was our 1st experience n it was horrile. How are u closed at 1pm on a Wed? I'll go elsewhere n spend my $. Eagan 1 sucks.

When I was dinning in for my food The hiring manager Tyler was wiped his hands on his clothes with his gloves on and when I confronted him about it he was very rude and disrespectful !!

Make sure to check your order. My fish tacos (with no lettuce) and potato oles ended up being chicken tacos (with a mountain of lettuce) and nachos, none of which are things I wanted.

We really looked forward to a Taco Johns opening up near us and have given this place several chances. Every single time, our order has been wrong or made poorly, and we don't ever mod our order- it's just the base menu items. Even though this location is walking distance from me, I will go out of my way to Burnsville or Oakdale for Taco Johns

Great place for (Americanized) Tacos. My favorite is the #5 with Fried Chicken. There is definitely something special about Taco John’s Potato Oles. Recommend getting a side of nacho cheese to dip them in. (Then if anyone asked for you to share, you reply; “This is notch-yo-cheese”) <- full disclosure: that joke will only get a laugh 2% of the time.

I've never received a correct order at this location. The one in Rosemount is great, but the Eagan one is total trash. Today, the drive through attendant was more concerned about getting through their script than accurately taking my order. Instead of crunchy chicken (which I asked for and confirmed twice as I believed they were not actually listening to me) I received a regular beef burrito. This is not a hard job, I know, I have done fast food before. But seriously, you would think in the 4 times I have been at this location they would have to get at least one entire order right. Nope, zero. Looks like I need to trek to Rosemount to get good Taco John's.
