I'm on a series of business trips, and I spent the previous two weeks in Texas. I was jones-ing for some BBQ. The brisket was good, a bit moist for my taste, as I prefer lean. The counter staff was efficient, and my plate of sliced Brisket, Beans, and Dirty rice was ready right away. The house sauce was a bit thin, but warmed and had a bit of spice. The tables are a bit crowded, but the seating was clean and plentiful. In general a nice dinner, but I'll return to Texas for better BBQ.

Travel a lot in search for good BBQ. This was OUTSTANDING! Brisket and Pork were both super tender and flavorful (amazing) but the Ribs were out of this world good! Love their unique sauce as well. Top notch BBQ if you’re in the MSP area!

I've been going to Baker's Ribs Eden Prairie for over 25 years that they have been in business. Hard to find Ribs that are consistently tender, lean, and Great Tasting! The pulled pork is amazing and the Texas Taters are absolutely the best ever!

Have been back several times because the food is so good! We've tried the chicken, brisket, ribs, pulled pork, and pretty much all the sides and all have been delicious. Feels like a little hole in the wall and loved that vibe. Definitely recommend.

Fresh, hot, tender beef brisket sliced right in front of me. Amazing sauce on the side. Delicious savory baked beans. Friendly people. I grew up in the south where BBQ is a BIG deal. These folks get it right!

Really good barbecue and great ribs. I feel like value could be better but other than that it’s a great place. Great baked beans too!

Counter service BBQ. Pretty good overall for flavor and food. It's an attempt at a country BBQ experience. The sauce served with ribs is just alright, but the meat is good.

Been eating here since they opened the store over 20+ years ago. Best BBQ in town hands down. Al and Scott also support animal rescue groups! Doesn’t get any better than this

Best brisket in Minnesota so far. After spending substantial time in Texas, Baker's Ribs hits my top 100.

Love running over here for a good meal at lunch time!! $16-$18 for a plate of ribs and two sides is damn good!!! The ribs always fall off the bone! The slaw and potatoes salad are amazing! The beans are good too! I’ve only had the ribs because that’s what I like but the maintenance guys at my work love everything! They raved so much about this place I had to try and they weren’t lying!! The only thing I would their missing is come corn bread!

Excellent barbecue brisket. The best Texas style brisket in Minnesota, in my opinion. The decor is themed interestingly and the food is just very good. The bark on the brisket is to die for.

I have been going to Baker's Ribs in Eden Prairie for years, and I've only had one bad experience. I went on a Monday and forgot that they are closed Mondays and Tuesdays! They are one of the best barbecue joints I've ever been to (certainly one of the very best in Minnesota) and they are incongruously situated in a tiny mall between a Leeann Chin and a Great Clips. This is another hidden gem that requires an 11:30 arrival if you want a prime table and don't want to stand in line. The line moves quickly, you are served on styrofoam plates, it's nothing fancy.But. It's amazing. The food is prepared in front of you. You watch as your smoked sausage, brisket, and ribs are cut and sauced in the kitchen behind the counter. The sauces are fresh and flavorful (go for the hot!).This is everything you want a small, clean, local restaurant to be. The wood for the smokers is stacked in the back hallway in case you were worried that you aren't in for authenticity!
