I never had Caribou until I moved here from the East Coast. I prefer it to the other famous coffee shop that I won't name here, however I still love them also so that's not a diss. Full disclosure - I only ever order the Mocha Latte here (hot and cold) and I prefer it to the other shops. I could not comment on other drinks. But anyway, I think in terms of staff friendliness it's on par with other chains, but this location's staff always has a great Sense of humor.
I've had nothing but good experiences here, my order has never been wrong here and I treat myself at least weekly at this Caribou. The staff is always friendly and will go out of their way to make sure that my order is correct. Can it get a bit busy, yes but that's pretty standard with any popular coffee shop. She's cozy, she's easy breezy and I'm always in and out of the shop in 10 minutes or less.
