This is the worst caribou I’ve been to. Anna was very rude they messed my drink up and she try to charge me to replace my drink , she was so rude and refused to replace my drink and wanted me to pay for a new one. I definitely will not recommend this location to anyone.

Took a while for the drinks to be made, but it is a cozy location to have to wait in. Drinks were well made by hard-working employees who seemed to work well under the pressure to hurry. I went into the store to avoid the drive-thru line. It is a busy location, probably because they do good work.

I never had Caribou until I moved here from the East Coast. I prefer it to the other famous coffee shop that I won't name here, however I still love them also so that's not a diss. Full disclosure - I only ever order the Mocha Latte here (hot and cold) and I prefer it to the other shops. I could not comment on other drinks. But anyway, I think in terms of staff friendliness it's on par with other chains, but this location's staff always has a great Sense of humor.

I got a breakfast biscuit, and it was DEFINITELY NOT worth $6. Other than that, it was ok. Coffee was ok kind of cold, not good on a cold day when you want something hot to drink.
