Delivery took well over an hour, pushing 2, and the driver was rude. I mentioned how long it took and she tried to prove me wrong by pulling the receipt off the bag which confirmed delivery had taken well over an hour. I asked if I could maybe get a coupon or refund because of the wait. She said no, which is totally fine, but then she then put her hand inside my apartment building door and tried to step in asking if I even wanted the food anymore. Uh, yeah? I paid for it and you're not refunding me. I am also starving. Give me my food plz and thank you. I tell her yes and she finally gives me the food, and she says she'll 'remember this'?! I don't order from here anymore. My sandwich was great though.

This is the best Jimmy John’s in the entire world. I’ve eaten here 5 times a week for the past 3 months and I have gotten above and beyond service everytime I go. I’ve order at this Jimmy John’s multiple times. Never had any complaints until today when I ordered a delivery and when the employee came to drop off, he threw/slammed the sandwich down on the front table of the business I work at it. Not appropriate to be that aggressive to anyone.

It was an ok restaurant but my question was why was their a tarp and a boarded up front wall? Was their an accident?
For some reason we keep coming back to these guys every couple month's out of convenience but this is by far, the worst Jimmy John's in the world. Do yourself a favor and not order from there. This place needs to be shut down and reported to the Better Business Bureau. Orders that never show up, sometimes they call an hour later that they "have no drivers" hours before close. Strange place.

Ordered 2 sandwiches- so yes a stretch on getting it right!!One BLT no mayo - yep mayo all over, my wife can’t eat mayo. My sandwich had her additional items. Called said training a person - no offer to redo or anything- avoid
