Perfect post weight-lifting meal. I get the big bowl of coconut, blue majik and mango bases, peanut butter chia pudding, peanut butter, pumpkin & hemp seeds, coconut flakes & protein crumbles, and that bowl is over 50 grams of protein with good superfood carbs and a bunch of fiber.
Nautical Bowls is the perfect option for a delicious, filling, healthy meal. My favorite is the “Nauti Bowl” - all of the ingredients are fresh and so yummy. My picky eater kids love it too, which is a huge win. Staff is friendly, stores are always clean and inviting. Highly recommend!!!

A friend and I went to Nautical Bowlsin Eden Prairie yesterday. The two women who waited on us were very informative about their products. We sat inside in a lovely space. We also both enjoyed our bowls. It really filled me up,so understand why they called it a meal replacement dish. I would highly recommend trying one of their manybowls!
