Kris Residence owner is a real piece of work. Kris caused three women to lose their rental at the Outpost, in Chaska, at Thanksgiving time. Just to move men into the rental and move them out within six weeks. Christian? I don’t think so Kris.

It's some of the best thin crust pizza I've had since I can remember. We had a 4 meat pizza and added oinion. This is why it was expensive, 5 toppings. I would do it again. There are no surprises. They are not trying to make a traditional pizza into something it is not. The best part of the pizza, I would say, are the toppings, especially the sausage. Red's has the best sausage by far anywhere. That is saying something since it's not even my favorite topping, but it was tonight. Missed the buffet at lunch, and that does look to be the best value. I ended up adding 4 garlic and cheese slices(one order) with a large ramekin of marinara for $8.00. That is $2.00/ slice, not a great value there, so perhaps try it 1st at a lunch buffet to see if you would order it as a stand-alone order some other time. Lastly, the staff were very kind and just the right amount of attentiveness . Lastly lastly the pizza is in squares. Grab a knife and fork for all you triangle lovers out there. You will do just fine. See you next time red's!Parking: Big lot, shared parking with strip mall business.

We've ordered pizza and salad for delivery at least five times. Red's has always delivered on time. Hot tasty pizza, thin crust, not soggy and loaded with toppings but not overloaded! The salads are fresh and generous.

This particular Red's Savoy - in a strip mall just across from EP mall - has been a favorite for some time. Their pizza is consistently well topped, well made and delicious.So, while that is reason alone for giving them a good rating, for this latest visit, it was their attention to us as customers and the quality of their service that stood out - and yet another reason to go back.The exceptional service actually started with a mistake - we paid for a large Red's House Special, but only received a regular size (Red's pizza is one we'll always order large as it makes great leftovers the next day). Not a huge deal to us, in the moment, as we would have been satisfied with the small adjustment to our bill to make it right.Instead, the woman running the house last night not only made us a completely new pizza, she provided cookies to our grandkids - none of this was asked for or expected. In a society so self-absorbed where sometimes one is lucky to get a grunt in response to a customer concern, this woman (and other staff members that we interacted with there) really stands out. We thank her profusely and will certainly be return customers to this Red's Savoy.

I ordered for pickup last week and was gracefully greeted by a woman with a smile on her face. She was happy to accept my coupon and handed my pizzas to me. She noticed 1 of the pizzas was a veggie and said it wasn't enough to make me full and gave me two free cookies. As I exited the building the delivery man held the door open for me and had kind words for me and the weekend ahead. If you are in need of some good service, and obviously the best pizza around, look no further. This location knows what they are doing!

We went there last Sunday and everyone person working there went out of their way to make sure we had a great experience. They even made us an extra pizza for free because they felt ours was 'overdone' though we thought they were both great! I highly recommend this pizza place!

WORST SERVICE EVER! DO NOT EAT HERE OR GET DELIVERY FROM THEM.The delivery driver just left our pizza on the floor in the lobby. I know that sounds unbelievable but that happened. They didn’t bother calling us and when we finally called them after 1.5 hours asking where our pizza is they told us they dialed the wrong number when attempting to call us back even though they have caller ID.The manager Lori does not know what she is doing and I expected more from this chain restaurant that I grew up eating from its St. Paul location. This is what happens when you expand to different areas and the standard is lowered. Lastly, we wouldn’t received a refund unless we took it upon ourselves to ask for one. I doubt any district management or owner will see this but do yourself a favor and stay away from this restaurant.

This is an unbelievable story but I will give you the short version. The manager Lori was clueless in the fact that her employees couldn't figure out the only number that called them with our name in the caller I'd to call us when our pizza arrived. So instead of using logic and calling the number in their caller is they decided to leave the pizza in the lobby smashed on the ground. I am not sure if the pizza delivery driver what's upset or what's going on but it was clearly the worst service I have ever seen from Red Savoy. The standard of this place has seriously fell and if you are wanting to eat here DO NOT!!! You will thank me later. Very unprofessional and they do not take ownership in their faults.

They proudly market a single slice pizza option. You discover, when you go there, that this only available at lunch time! Apparently the single slice pizza equipment is broken in the evening. A hard pass on this place from me in the future.

Red Savoy has been my favorite pizza place for YEARS, but after the issue I had last night I’m not sure.There is an issue with the online ordering. I started my order as delivery, confirmed the address and everything. I used my promo that the website suggested and waited over an hour and half for my food. I finally called and was told it went in as a pick up order. I was asked if I used a reward and said yes. Seems the online system changed the order from delivery to pick up after I clicked yes to the reward. Got my food over 2 hours after ordering and was told the owner “can’t refund my order, as there is no way the online system would have done that”The manager on duty was very apologetic and tried to fix the issues the best she could. I give her ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, but the fact that the owner did not allow her to issue a refund and told her to tell me “just tell them next time to give it to you for free” with out a voucher or any way of proof that they will honor it next time I order is ridiculous.
