Met for a work dinner. The Buffalo shrimp appetizer was very good. The ceasar salad with chicken was tasty. The ribs were amazing. Meat was falling off the bone!

Ugh.. the staff is awful, the managers don't care, and they have the worst in town. Food is just okay and severely overpriced. At night it's a meat market for divorced d-bags and haggard old gold diggers. Gross. Avoid at all costs.

Food is very good, place is ok, never had bad service here. I recommend this place. Ambiance is a bar in the afternoon. IMHO, not really a "family restaurant", more of a meeting place for adults and business. Otherwise, as I mentioned, food is good!

Can't even explain how amazing this place and the food is! Always a pleasure to come here and try new items! I highly recommend the buffalo shrimp appetizer and the bread pudding dessert!

Great burger cooked perfectly. No cheese on the original burger though. Has Paki sticks for the kids to play with!

Redstone has been a regular stop for us for Easter Sunday for several years. We are always pleased with the service and the food is good and pleasing to our family. It's a family favorite.

Food was great, we had the braised beef & a crispy seared lemon fish with capers that were both awesome. Good atmosphere, hopping with outdoor deck dealing in warm months. Intimate lighting as the evening goes indoors. You can watch the kitchen cook & the fireplace crackle with fresh hardwoods giving a wonderful smell to the place. Desserts were great too.

I have been going to Redstone for 20 years as a resident of Eden Prairie. Sadly over the last few years the service and quality of food has really gone downhill to the point that I will no longer go back after my last experience. I probably have been to Redstone over 200 times over 20 years whether it be for drinks on the patio or for dinner with my girlfriend or with family or a group of friends. The other night we had a group of 12 guys out to celebrate a friends 60th birthday which was set up by his wife for us. We were seated in their private room at 6:30, and by around 8 or so that room had cleared out and we were the only table there. By this time the bar was completely empty and this was on a Friday night. To make a long story short, we were cut off at 8:30 after ordering two rounds of shots (over two hours) and we all probably had two drinks on top of that! I literally couldn’t believe it. We were in a large room by ourselves, had prearranged transportation home, and they cut us off after two hours of dinner and drinks. We are all professional courteous people, and were simply having fun celebrating a good friend’s 60th birthday. As we made our way out, I could see the manager sitting at the bar smugly watching us walk out. I almost went up to him but I figured is was easier to walk out and never come back. It’s too bad, as I know a few of the bartenders and servers there who have been there for many many years, but the overall experience at Redstone has gotten so bad that it is no longer worth the money to go to a place that no longer values my business. To get cut off like a drunk college kid at midnight at a bar was beyond insulting and ridiculous. Thanks for the memories Redstone, but I won’t be back.

There were a few highlights along with low points that resulted in my rating, but from a food perspective, unfortunately I didn't manage to find anything spectacular. I will elaborate on what I have mentioned below. The Brussels sprouts were very similar to how they are usually made in restaurants to cater to people's taste in tolerating vegetables, including honey glaze, bacon, and aioli, which I thought was interesting because I tasted sriracha. It was good overall, and if I am corrected, it most likely was deep fried, which helped with the taste. The wings were good overall and were not too dry, and even if we ordered it plain, I could taste the seasoning on the skin. I appreciated that they allowed us to have sauce on the side. Some of the dishes I didn't enjoy included the baby back ribs and the wedge salad. The ribs had a good amount of meat, which was good, and definitely fell off the bones. But the sauce was so overwhelming to the point that I was tasting more sauce than meat. I know that ribs can be like that sometimes, but I don't want to normalize it. The wedge salad was too overwhelmingly blue cheese to the point that the crumbled blue cheese dominated the flavor entirely and I couldn't taste anything else. That was the dish that my friend didn't finish, and I couldn't finish, either, because of such.I think if one visits the area and wants to look for a decent American grill, then this is a solid place, but I would highly advise one to be cautious about what they order because unfortunately nothing I ordered today was a hit hit, even though some had the potential to be.

The food was alright! BUT THE SERVICE. My server was Bryant Felipe aka big sexy with the beard. He was knowledgeable about the entire menu and really had strong recommendations. I brought a date with me to take her to a nice place and Bryant went above and beyond to make me look like a hero while also providing excitement service. I would go again only to be served by him. He completely exemplifies the meaning of GOOD DINING EXPERIENCE.

I ordered the chicken sandwich with bun on the side for Sunday brunch. The chicken thigh was really tender. My colleague had the Thai salad and for a picky eater he really enjoyed it.
