“Dropped my teen off for a nearby brunch and decided to stop by to check it out while in the neighborhood. The morning bun was the flakiest and most tasty I've ever had, and their Chai is incredible. “I was near centennial lakes looking for coffee and found this place. I was a little confused at first when I pulled up and saw the coffee shop is in the medical center. The cafe is on the lower level of the building yet still has a very warm homey feel. The staff was very friendly and kind. The view out back of centennial lakes was so pretty and I can imagine In The warmer months taking the coffee outside and sitting near the water. They had the typical coffee choices nothing too crazy or over the top. Also very tasty breakfast sandwich and donut!!“
“Baguettes are among my favorites Kouign Aman was something comparable to a honey bun with a way to hard candy shell. Living in Normandy I will say “kouign aman is a labor of love. It can be great or not good, no in between!! Being here I was really missing it. I’ve tried many here in MN and one place has totally blown my mind but the hours are so up and down. Please take your time on a masterpiece patisserie such as the kouign aman!!!!“
“The Coffee shop is very cozy to study and meet friends , family ect ..what it makes it more nicer is that There are no Pics with frames of those weird creatures ..she/her he /him, they/them .. as other caribou's in the area .. it look like well managed . we'll do business again.“

They have had so many staffing issues/food supply with Covid and handled it with such grace. Sometimes I think people forget we have all been under such stress and they sometimes need to close early bc everyone needs a work life balance! 10/10 recommend!“
“Im not usually someone who makes reviews on any company because it makes a difference any individual time or day. However I couldn't make myself not write a comment on a sweet girl who has helped me the last few times. Carribu has its ups and downs as far as service is concernered, but Emily at Lyndale and west 66th has been so extremely sweet and helpful. They we're slammed this morning and somehow Emily was calm and charismatic as far as my order was concerned. “We were visiting in town and wanted some good coffee. We found Edina Coffee Roasters on Google and decided to find it for real. When we arrived we found they had recently opened and were planning on having their grand opening the following week. We ordered 3 Americanos. The coffee was very good! The owner and staff were very pleasant and knowledgeable. The next time we are in town we will visit again! We give it 5 of 5 stars.“
