“This Dunn Bros is fine as a Dunn Bros. I don't understand why a restaurant would only show a portion of food and/or drinks available. "Chai Tea latte? It's available, but we won't tell you it's available".Seating was limited here on a Saturday morning. Which means it's busy. That's a good thing. This Dunn Bros has a fireplace. I like that. Service was friendly and competent.“
“This Starbucks was extremely busy at lunch time, but I was very impressed with how quick they were able to get drinks out and move people through both the drive-thru and the inside! For how busy they were, the team handled themselves very well! The drink was made perfectly, and I would anticipate that if I didn't come at lunch time I would have been impressed by their normal speed as well. The only downside, which isn't worth remoting a star for, is that their parking lot is pretty small. You may have to park just slightly next door.“
“I showed up today after hitting the “give me directions” option on the app after a mobile order. Turns out, the app took me to the wrong Starbucks! I was running late for work, and without a second thought, the gals working were quick to offer to make me whatever my order was, free of charge (given that I had paid through the app, just to the wrong Starbucks!) They had my exact order to me (food and craft drink) within 3 minutes!!! This is my new favorite Starbucks and I have never had such great service. I called the other Starbucks that had my order ready so they could pass along the good karma and give the drink and food to someone else. Thanks again!!!“
“I Llike the products I choose to buy. I dislike the keypad being shoved across the window and the employee sais " one question we'd like you to answer " asking to push an amount for a tip - when the transactions should be done. Can't see the keypad most of the time due to glare. I don't consider that level of the employees job as one that should be tipped. Yes - I can always push No Tip - and I do - but I don't like that added action at all. Please remove that from your system. Just one customers point of view for you to see/hear. ThanksParking: OK“
