2nd time going to this location both times French toast sticks were not cooked all the way . Last time we just threw them out and didn't say anything this time I went back they made us new ones and those were just as bad.

Went here for lunch today 4-19-24 speed in the drive thru was good but it seems like the food isn’t quite as good when the aggressive supervisor/manager guy isn’t there. My burger was smashed which made my bun soggy, props to him for running a tight ship!

The food is great, when you get it that is. Unfortunately, this place has been not so great since I moved out here in 2019. Like I said, the food is great, but the wait is crazy. You wait at the speaker for like 3 minutes. Then after you order you wait another 5 minutes. I had to go back inside for my sauce that was forgotten, and there were 7 people working. I understand fresh nuggets need time to cook, but then the manager or supervisor needs to keep on top of these things so this doesn't happen. This isn't the first time it's been a long wait which is why I'm writing this. Every staff member is friendly and the food is hot, but they need to work on their timing/service for sure.

I've only been to this location a few times, but I've always had a great experience. Even the time the kid at the drive-through didn't know how to put in the coupon I was using (totally understandable, we all start somewhere), he got what I assume was the manager who was very nice and helpful. The food has always been good. each time I went!

I'm not sure how this location is still open, 3 out of 3 times I've gone to this place they have always forgotten something I have ordered and the last time I went there nobody even helped me at the menu, I had to pull up and look for someone in the window for service.

Both Sara the "manager" and ocella the cashier were beyond rude in answering normal questions from the get go. It just kept escalating with each statement out of their mouth. In no manner should these two be interacting with customers. They have no customer service skills. As well as flustered me so much that when I asked if that was it they said yes and I drove off without my change and receipt. I've gotten in touch with corporate.

Waited a long time in drive through and food was cold.
This has got to be the worst Burger King around! Waited like 10 minutes to even speak to someone at the speaker in the drive thru, waited another 5 minutes at least to get my food when at the window and then got my food and the fries and burger tasted nasty and chemical tasting. What a waste of my money. The individual working the drive thru wasn’t friendly at all. I would not recommend this place!

Long wait at drive thru. I can handle that as everywhere is short staffed...ordered a bacon melt and after my first bite realized it was the mushroom Swiss melt. I HATE mushrooms, so very disappointed. Have no proof of what I ordered, other than it came up on the screen correctly, as no receipt was provided.
