Earlier today I stopped into Takeoff Nutrition in Elk River for the first time. The owner Mel and her dog Hero were very kind and welcoming. I stepped back for about 5 minutes and looked at the menu. I love this place! The shakes and tea are always on point. I was impressed when the owner of the store took the time to explain the nutrition of the products and allowed me to taste the products before I paid.The store is filled with positivity. It's hard to leave without a positive outlook on the day.This shop and its products have become an integral part of my daily routine. I highly recommend!
