Last couple times my husband and son went and they no chicken!!!Update: Gave it another chance to see if this KFC location has gotten better. Nope, it actually got worse. If I could give this place negative stars, I would give it a negative 5 stars. Their dining room was open for online order pick up only. When I went inside there was very loud music blasting and about 4 workers standing around not doing much and one person working. The line was wrapped around the building on the outside for drive thru orders which we got in and after about 25 minutes in line, we left because the drive thru line didn't budge and decided to go to the KFC Buffalo location instead.

Car in front of me its 728pm she finishes her order I pull up sat there for 5 mins with 6 other cars behide and I pupp up to the window this guy is sitting on his phone amd said o sorry I closed the store I said you couldn't say that I the mic he said I didn't know anyone was out there like I know you have a camera that see all of out here waiting Never again KFC sorry but that employee just took a customer away he was rude and laughed about it. Time to put some customer relation training for your employees.

Worst KFC. I have been through many many times and am finally done and will never return. Food is always so greasy it's soggy. Went once and was told they were out of all sandwiches. But could scrape up enough chicken to make a meal, the second to last time my order was shorted by 5 pcs, and my most recent visit the chicken was black inside, the Mac n cheese was cold and missing biscuits. There is definitely a reason Popeyes and Chik Filets are popping up and these KFC stores are dropping.

Don't show up an hour in a half before they close because they will most definitely ruin your night. Arrived to the drive thru to be told by a robot sounding person that they had no Sandwiches, tenders, and that the biggest chicken meal we could buy was a 8 piece. So in my confusion trying to decipher this mystery robot language, I elected to pay and receive an 8 piece of delectable crispy chicken, with 4 biscuits of golden and cylindrical proportions, one side of hot salty potatoes of the fry, and the moistest, creamiest mouth watering mountain of Mac n Cheese! But the reality was fried extra crispy chicken from an hour ago, burnt fries that were over salted, mac n cheese that was cold and came with no utensils, and biscuits that were okayish. Not worth the money to receive a false sense of security to properly ease your hunger, only to be more disgruntled and hungrier then before this whole thing happened.

This is a chicken place and I'm not allowed to order off the menu cause they don't have sandwiches, strips, or anything other than a single 8 pc meal to order...OK so "give me two 8 pc meals." their response is, "NO. ONLY ONE 8 PC MEAL ALLOWED!"

Only giving this place 2 stars because their food is decent. Other than that, service is below average. Always missing parts of my order. When I come back around to grab the rest of my order, no apology was ever given. Always out of chicken. Could be a supply chain issue? Maybe switch to another company to help out with keeping your inventory stocked. Seems like they always are short staffed and the ones working there seem not to care about their job. Maybe in the hiring process, pay more attention to people and choose quality vs. quantity. Instead of fixing their giant hole in the ground at the drive-thru, they think putting up cones and cardboard would fix the problem. If you want better service and employees, don't bother going to this location. You're better off going to places like Raising Cane's or chick fil a. P.S, if you guys want $15/hour starting wage, you should always do more than the bare minimum and focus on the details.

This location is an absolute disaster. They are continuously out of several food items by 6pm, I mean this happens on almost every occasion. I also am constantly missing food on my order. I assume because they are out of that item but I have already paid full price for the meal.
This post seems to be a common complaint. We stopped on two different weeks and both times they said 3 hours before close and they are out of chicken. If a zero star was possible definitely would use it.

This is the worst restaurant kfc has. The service is abysmal. I made an online order and couldn't go through the drive through because I walked here. I call the phone number on the store wall to get my order and someone pickes up the phone, doesn't say anything, sets the phone on the counter, and leaves it there. So I call corporate. They trycalling to get the same. Very unprofessional and extremely rude. I would have just left without my food if I hadn't already paid.

Increased prices. Used to buy $5 potato bowl meals. That is now gone off of the menu. New cookies are horrible by the way! Prefer the previous non-prepackaged ones. Lack of staff. Husband attempted to buy food a month ago and was told that they couldn't help him because they were out of chicken. The woman said they were staying open that night for the vegetarians. What freaking vegetarian is going to seek out food at KFC?! Get real...

Went through the drive through with my husband for lunch. Ordered a crispy chicken sandwich meal. And they forgot the fries and sauce. Unfortunately we didn’t notice till we got home. But how annoying…… it’s not cheap to eat out anymore then have half your food be forgotten. Ugh the sandwich itself was GREAT. But I’m still hungry….

I would have like to leave a review of the food, unfortunately the three staff that were working had the dining room lock before 7pm. They weren't answering the telecom at the drive thru, but they appeared to be having a great time. Maybe next time.
