Food was great as always at a noodles staff were friendly and it was pretty clean. The soda machine is horrible though the touch display hardly works. There is a qr code to scan and control the machine but not all soda options are available this way.

I mean it's quick service pasta, nothing special. I am sad though because I hate buffalo sauce. Ordered barbecue mac last night after a really long day, happy to not have to make food. Got home, opened my pasta- buffalo sauce. I drenched it in bbq sauce at home but I could still taste it.

10:00 am Ordered food for a work meeting at 12:00. Received immediate confirmation. Received message that food was on its way at 12:00. Received message that order was canceled at 12:28. Called and asked why order was canceled and was told that the driver picked up the wrong order. Was told to go online and reorder but they could not tell me when I would receive food. I told her that was not acceptable as I had a group of people waiting to eat, she hung up on me.What?!?!?!?!

Just walked in at 5:15 tonight and there are two customer sitting at one table and no one else. I see three people working here and I order, wait and then when I get my food it's cold like it was taken out of the fridge a few minutes ago. Two customers, three employees and you can't serve warm food? No wonder the reviews for restaurants in this area are so bad. Avoid Elk River for any type of meal like they've all got the plague.

I've been a huge fan of this chain for years. All of the different stores I've been to stay consistently very good. I'm still bummed they dropped the soups & sandwiches awhile back, but the other dishes are great. It's hard to pick a favorite, but they still have their awesome chicken noodle soup, which I swear is a wonderful cure of a cold or flu. A great variety of pasta dishes, & even vegetarian options. If ya haven't been, consider checking it out. I'd give it five stars if they would've kept their sandwiches, but for a chain restaurant that cooks up fresh dishes, it's pretty darn close.Vegetarian options: Vegetable noodles, & tofu. Lots of sauces to choose from.Dietary restrictions: They'll make up anything on their menu ya ask for. If ya need an item removed or added, just ask.Parking: Regular strip mall or regular restaurant parking lots.Kid-friendliness: There has always been plenty of kids in the restaurants when I've gone. Several kids choices on the menu if they don't go for regular menu items.Wheelchair accessibility: Every store I've been to has had wheelchair accessibility, & either a large bathroom or a large wheelchair stall.

I just want to commend the staff for today (October 1st). I had a long wait for my takeout, along with quite a few other clients. The Noodles workers were obviously short staffed, but they were doing their best, and I appreciate it.There were some impatient people, who may not realize, or care what a service worker deals with, but as a hair stylist, in a salon that's short staffed....I know. Wonderful first time experience! The food was very good the counter person was extremely knowledgeable and made sure that with food allergies we were not served something that would harm us. Would love to go back!Dietary restrictions: With a shellfish allergy we were able to find out if there was any in the foods that we ordered.

I was so sad that the food was disgusting. The staff are so friendly compared to some of the other restaurants in the area. It is extremely clean. I just couldn't even swallow the second bite of food it really was that gross.

Taste wise the food is always great. But, anytime I order from this location my Japanese Pan Noodles never seem to have any of the sauce they are supposed to have. Employees are always pleasant. I did a pickup order this evening & I ordered some baguettes. In the bag they put the butter on the bottom below the hot food so the butter melted through the bottom of the bag. So I had no butter left since it had turned into liquid & was pooled at the bottom of the bag. Also a note to noodles, BRING BACK MY FLATBREAD PLEASE! :)

I love the suggestions they make for substitutions if you order something that has an ingredient you don't like. They remembered things we've ordered before to help us order other things we might like. I love going there. This story is always clean and their employees are well-informed
We had dinner tonight and the young man working the front was WONDERFUL! He was kind, understanding and patient. He gets 100% customer service from us! Please be kind to service workers, they are kind souls too! Thanks young man, you made our night!
