The girl that took my order today was rude at best. I asked for some ketchup once i got to the window, and she said that I had to drive around the building and tell her thru the intercom where you order. I replied well I'm here now. To which she just slammed the window shut. So i waited there untill she had to open the window again because there were cars behind me. She was very angry and copped an attitude while talking under her breath and gave me 2 packets.If this is the way employees of sonic treat their customers, they need more training.Very dissappinted!

The food is great ..but chef ...please reduce the salt in the fries:(...is it just me or are the fries too salty!?we want to eat the fries ..not the salt...please....even after I specifically requested for no salt or less salt....for my babies.....still .had to throw them out.....sad...I've always loved sonic:(

Officially the last time ill be going to the sonic in elk river. The customer service was absolutely ridiculous she was super rude when she was the one that got our drinks wrong and never apologized for it and when we said something about it she snapped back. I’m surprised for the amount of teenagers working at this sonic they would be more respectful for there first job. I’d say if this place wants to stay open is seriously reconsidering who you hire here.
