After placing my order. I watched at the drive thru window while waiting for service and my order the 2 employees on there phones seeming to be obvious to the fact I had been waiting for 10 minutes got no service nor had they started my order. After patiently waiting for 10 minutes I left.

They were understaffed when I went but they did an excellent job with the sandwiches and cranking out the orders. Subs were good!
Used Subway app to pay for a meal, the transaction took money from my bank account but had an error and did say received. I told the staff and manager they said they had no proof and refused to look at my bank charge and statement, refused to honor it. Going to corporate with this if it doesn't auto refund like the trash manager who brushed me off.

This pretty much the only subway I go to - clean, product is stocked & good customer service. This particular day they seemed short staffed but the Two employees worked together to get everyones orders done. I understand short staff & don't mind waiting if I see the team making an effort - So great job!
Subway in general is just okay these days. And is becoming, like most fast food places, too expensive. IMO, Jimmy John's is way better. But they do have lots of different toppings and different subs to choose from.

Great subway. Fresh vegetables and the staff prepare your sub nicely, not throwing everything together. Only wish that subway would allow coupons in store for the mobile deals. Instead, you stand in line, place your order on the phone, walk up, and say you just placed your order, and then they make it for you, but I'd like the convenience of just scanning a coupon at the end of the line at checkout vs order online. That's just me though.

I immediately noticed the facelift this Subway had gotten since my last visit, new floors and seating looks very nice & clean in this store now. I had a BOGO coupon, got 2 of the oven roasted turkey, Medium pop & bag'o chips = $15-16 total
