I’ve tried couple of their shakes, and I think they are great. Personal speaking , the New Owner is aggressive and arrogant. She needs to leverage her Customer service skills and watch her responses to customers.

Earlier today I stopped into Takeoff Nutrition in Elk River for the first time. The owner Mel and her dog Hero were very kind and welcoming. I stepped back for about 5 minutes and looked at the menu. Mel gave me a break down of the different things on the menu. She was very helpful! The atmosphere was very uplifting and laid back. The building was also very clean. There was no rush to make up my mind on what I wanted. Finally I asked her to surprise me with a shake and tea she enjoyed. Still she asked questions to see what my preferences were. You can tell she cares about her customers and business. I will definitely stop back again!Most importantly the shake and teas were both great and reasonably priced! She even asked me to try them before I left to make sure I was satisfied. Great customer service. ????????

This place is cute, the staff have always been friendly. I usually go to another Herbalife shop but this is by my work. I got the Bahama mama tea and it tastes wonderful! However most places when I go a mega tea runs about $8-9 and I paid $11 for this.. which is surprising since the old owner this place charged me $5 for a mega tea back 4-5 months ago.. So disappointing to see that much of a price increase with the new owner. The tea does taste better and the menu looks like it's been upgraded quite a bit. I just don't feel this is worth $11 for a drink. You're better off buying the products and making it yourself because you'll save so much money, but this works in a quick pinch.

I love this place! The shakes and tea are always on point. I was impressed when the owner of the store took the time to explain the nutrition of the products and allowed me to taste the products before I paid.The store is filled with positivity. It's hard to leave without a positive outlook on the day.This shop and its products have become an integral part of my daily routine. I highly recommend!
