None of the people behind the counter speak English. On 2/16 I had a question about the difference between the two kinds of rice. No one knew enough English to answer. After I paid for my food someone that seem like a manager (the only employee that could speak English) came out of the back and said something about one of them not being gluten safe. Good thing I don't have issues or they would have been remaking my food. This is the United States and we speak English here....read full review
They pick and choose when they want to charge extra I just ask for a little bit more rice and they said it was extra and that’s fine but why am I paying extra for a tiny bit of rice and when I go to other chipotle restaurant they don’t say it’s extra…So what is really going on?

The quality of food has degraded here. I ordered a burrito bowl today with brown rice. The rice was very undercooked, kind of crunchy. They even screwed up my order. I ordered half rice and extra pinto beans. But I got more rice with less pinto beans. Highly disappointed with food quality here compared to other chipotle.
