My partner asked for no cilantro white rice, as she has MANY times before. The server rolled her eyes, asked the cook behind her, and returned to say she didn't have any.It's one thing to be out of an ingredient, a whole other to give attitude to somebody who asked for accomodations.

I had an order mix up today and the manager handled it so well. He was so nice and actually took time to show his team what they did wrong and how to fix it in the future. My new order is super good!! 10/10 for the manager. I was so impressed and I’ve never seen anything like this. Amazing!!!!

Updating my review - I was contacted by Chipotle support who gave us a free bowl. Thank you!We get Chipotle every week from the Golden Valley location - and my husband's burrito bowl had literally a half cup of brown rice. It didn't even cover the bottom of the bowl. We ordered "to go". We paid $10.50 for a third of a bowl of Chipotle. Very disappointing. ---

The quality of food has degraded here. I ordered a burrito bowl today with brown rice. The rice was very undercooked, kind of crunchy. They even screwed up my order. I ordered half rice and extra pinto beans. But I got more rice with less pinto beans. Highly disappointed with food quality here compared to other chipotle.

None of the people behind the counter speak English. On 2/16 I had a question about the difference between the two kinds of rice. No one knew enough English to answer. After I paid for my food someone that seem like a manager (the only employee that could speak English) came out of the back and said something about one of them not being gluten safe. Good thing I don't have issues or they would have been remaking my food. This is the United States and we speak English here. I expect that any customer facing employee would be able to speak English as a basic requirement for the job.

They pick and choose when they want to charge extra I just ask for a little bit more rice and they said it was extra and that’s fine but why am I paying extra for a tiny bit of rice and when I go to other chipotle restaurant they don’t say it’s extra…So what is really going on?

Food is usually good across the board. But this location was filthy and I was the only one in line around 1:45 and there were maybe two tables in there eating. The other tables were filthy and the floors and drink area a mess. There were several people behind the counter that I thought could have taken a few minutes to wipe down tables and the drink area. I ended up taking my food to go since there was nowhere clean to sit. I love Chipotle so much. The staff was friendly just not super concerned with keeping things tidy.

This location has pretty fresh food because it's very busy (so be prepared to wait). They're also generous with portions and it always tastes good. They're maybe not the most friendly staff but as long as they're not rude I don't care.

One of the Cardinals sins of the food industry is to order food show up on time to get it and then proceed to watch other people order the same thing you did, get their food and leave.Online orders take a distant back seat to walk in orders and that includes quesadillas. I ordered a quesadilla online and waited 15 minutes after I got to the restaurant to pick it up while someone walked in and ordered a quesadilla from the counter and got his order and left while I stood there.I won't go into the quality of the food but it's wildly inconsistent. Most of the time the order is wrong, sometimes the guacamole is rotten, this place has tested my patience and good nature for the last time.
