“Amazing!!!!! My boyfriend and I ended up there today after riding our bikes towards Devil's Lake, taking the most perfect wrong turn onto HWY 16 in the Dells and just decided to keep going. (180mi+ from where we live). Spotted Corky's and I'd been craving a good pizza, we were both hungry. Great atmosphere, EXCELLENT, friendly service (as a former waitress, I'm probably more tuned into this than most, and the service was EXCELLENT-perfectly timed, attentive, not overly intrusive, friendly). I ordered a 10" pizza, BF ordered a BLT. His BLT wasn't anything you couldn't make at home, toast with a lot of lettuce, slivers of tomato, bacon and mayo. I took a small bite of his, meh. I could see him drooling at my pizza, he helped me eat the 10" pizza and it was AMAZING!!!! The pizza was made from a real, freshly formed dough and had amazingly good, super crispy texture AND flavor (NOT a frozen crust, they were rolling it out in front of us). The wait was only like 15 minutes. The sauce was delicious (lava hot!) did not taste like any canned variety, the cheese was ample and chewy/squeaky. We devoured it and are sad there aren't any places like this near us. My boyfriend and have already put this place on our "map" as a place we will DEFINITELY make the very scenic ride back to the beautiful town, amazing pizza whenever we can!!!! That's over places we have pegged within 50 miles of where we live that serve delicious food (no place has pizza like this!!!!) It's sincerely that good. (Plus the town is super cute, nestled in the bluffs along the Mississippi River. If we didn't have a time crunch to get back home before dusk, we would've loved to spend the day there).“

“We had the hot honey pepperoni and the burrata, 10/10. The hot honey pepperoni was bananas and we can’t wait to get it again. Our 1.5 year absolutely devoured it as well (as seen pictured). Along with the delicious pizza, there was wonderful service provided. So glad we finally tried this place!“

“Delicious! We dined in for the 1st time this past Friday as a family of 6 with 4 kids under 12. We were very pleased with the amount of food, quality of food and prices! It was refreshing to find a hidden gem. We traveled an hour to get here and will definitely be doing it again! 1919 on tap recommended to make the ultimate experience for the kiddos. “On one Occasion ~ 12/9/23 they made the wrong pizza with all sausage instead of pepperoni & fresh mushrooms - it was very noisy & most likely busy - so, that could be why the sweet young lady couldn’t hear me . “I have been to Twin Bluffs and restaurant. Not only do they have very good food and the drinks ate great but I enjoy the great atmosphere and the people are very laid back, easy place to enjoy a peaceful time, viewing the soundings, and the inside is roomy and clean. The river near by is so beautiful. I've also really enjoy the live bands they have,wonderful to listen to or dance. A all around great place to enjoy, whether it day or evening I've experienced both. The owner and staff have really a great job on making it a very pleasant place to be. Of course I'm always goin back. Thanks Dave and crew for always goin out of ur way to patrons.“

They're bringing great movies (new and old), restoring the theater to it's historical beauty, and really bringing back the great environment that the local community knows and loves about the Rivoli. “My favorite pizza in LaCrosse! We most often take out but when we do eat in the service is good and it has a good atmosphere!Parking: Street parking can be hard to come by but downtown is nice and Big Al's is centrally located so usually not to difficult to find a spot even if you have to walk a block.“

“I didn't get food, but I know my brother always comes here for it! The drinks were good, and the service was very friendly and efficient! I loved the demographic as it was a wide variety, not a lot of bars can do that it seems! I also love that there is a shuffleboard, darts, and a couple of pool tables!“

“We really enjoyed the food! We did have to get a drink at the bar (with lots of drink options) until a table was ready. We got a large deep dish pizza for two people, and that had A LOT of leftovers. It was delicious though. I also ordered the seafood pasta, and I loved the oil/garlic/crushed pepper sauce. The service was friendly and fantastic. There is a cool Italian theme in the restaurant, and there is a great view of Lake Onalaska and the bluffs. Remember that each entree comes with a limencello shot as an after dinner drink!“

“First time eating here. From Springfield, IL. I've never gone wrong eating at an establishment with "Big" in its name and Big Al's was a great choice. We got the calzone which was stuffed with pepperoni and a medium pizza that filled a 17 y.o.'s stomach half-way through. Great staff, very courteous!!“

“This post is a little late, however your manager needs a huge kudos. I don't remember his name however he was left alone to close your store a few weeks ago. He was absolutley frustrated and completely overwhelmed by how far behind he was with orders. However he handled it with the best attitude any business could ask from their employee. I will be back even if I have to wait an extensive amount of time for my pizza due to his performance. These are the people you want behind your business.“

“We left Angelini's before even sitting down due to shoddy customer service and came to this little gem. This Mom 'n Pop shop delivered! The staff were friendly and the food was good. My husband is picky and he enjoyed the Buffalo wings and his pizza. The jalapeño poppers were fantastic and hit the spot. I highly recommend this pizzeria.“
