I'm not sure who's training the employees at these new locations. This is the 3rd time I had to wait 10 mins+ for my food even tho there's no one in the drive thru. They'd asked me numerous times what sauces I'd like and when I got the order, they still fail to include the sauces. This also happens numerous times.

We ordered DoorDash delivery. The store did not put our name on most of the order, so DoorDash only picked up the bag that had our name on it and left the rest of the food behind.

I hope this is not a what started out very good when corporate was opening and training at the restaurant to fastly going downhill.. some consistency but some quality issuesBeijing beef bowl .. so I can tell it was dried out beef before it was in the sauce, thin pieces of beef that were crispy and hard to chew , also way over spiced today, my lips are burning.. and I guess I felt the noodles were slightly dried and sticky..I will remove this post in the near future, more so did a Google review because it probably will get seen. ?

The manager was talking to the workers very rudely in front of a packed restaurant of customers. Awkward and very unprofessional!The food was ok. But now I’ve been sick for 2 days. Never again! Worst Panda Express experience. Won’t be going back.

Portion sizes were very small and inconsistent as we ordered 2 of the exact same bowl and one had about half the chicken when we compared. Drive through was slow.Edit: went back 2 weeks later and had the same issues and additionally had undercooked rice in the fried rice.

Ordered a plate with a side of power greens and basically went home with nothing but a container of broccoli with a hint of meat. Definitely won't be going back to this location. Portion sizes are a joke. Staff is super friendly though.

Apparently completely unprepared for a lunch rush...at 11:25am? I ordered and of course they took my payment immediately. Then I proceeded to wait for over 30 minutes for my food while dozens and dozens of other people were served. (I guess those other people ordered dishes that the kitchen felt like preparing instead of the dishes I ordered) The gentleman immediately in front of me suffered the exact same fate as I did.Once I finally obtained my food, the fried rice was luke-warm, bland, and overall not good.Second time (ever) trying Panda Express, and likely my last; even more so for this specific location that can't seem to plan how to prepare sufficient food at a time where multiple customers should be expected.

Overall this is a good place to eat. If you place a pick up order expect that you will need to wait a bit longer than your pick up time. Usually the food is really good and fresh. Employees are kind and were quick to help when my order was wrong. The location of the restaurant is really nice and the drive through is definitely a perk.Parking: Lots of spots, some of them are a little bit of a walk but you’ll definitely be able to park there.

Placed a to go order and it was a few minutes late which I didn’t care, but then the food was very little. They were running out of Kung Pao Chicken and they decide to give me whatever was in there. I didn’t get it for free I bought a food and I should be getting what I paid for. This happened to me 2 times which means I’ll not go back there again!!!!
