Caribou, is a fantastic spot to grab a caffeinated beverage no matter where you are. This spot is located right off I-35 across from Target. The service was excellent the staff was friendly and my Americano with a marshmallow shot was delicious!
My first time here today. I let them know I’m from south texas and a friend told me about this coffee up here. I came with high expectations and it sure did live up to its rep. The young lady at the register who took my order. Helped me with a great smile and gave me a great suggestion of ice coffee and the helped me with picking a good take home coffee to brew at home. It was a definitely hit for me.

This Lakeville Caribou is always clean and the staff is always cheerful. The quality is consistent. One time, I ordered something different than my usual. When I kinda turned up my nose to my friend that I didn't like it, the barrista overheard and took it back saying that we can't have that and what would I like to try next!
