The worst customer service. Car wash just quit 1/2 way through, wouldn’t refund me, just a re wash and told me to drive through again.. Even though it’s broken. :( it’s been broken before. I’m done going there. The manager was rude and gave attitude.
Please don’t use the car wash because it’s very bad and also it’s very bad customer service from the store management I called the customer service line and they said we can’t help you please don’t waste your money and you’re time I will never go there again and I will inform my family and friends us will

ZERO STARS*** the other one star reviews are true! Got charged twice for gas b/c their pump wasn't working. I asked for a refund, they told me it will go back automatically. A week later NOTHING. Wasting more of my time I went back to the gas station a week later & they stated they don't do a refund for gas at the store level. Conveniently the manager is once again not "in". So they gave me a corporate number to call & I had to be transferred 3x while explaining myself each time....read full review
