“The best bar staffed with the best people! Consistently excellent food and service! I cannot ask for more!Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options and swaps available!Parking: The lot in front can fill up but there’s plenty of street parking around the building. The childcare center across the street has restrictions on weekdays during the day but is available after school. The parking lot next to it is an option too.Kid-friendliness: Gym and swings in the yard, they keep the music family-friendly and have a wonderful kids menu for even the pickiest of eatersWheelchair accessibility: Handicap spaces and ramp next to the front door, wide entry and helpful staff always at the front”
“All great except bathroom dirty and has no hand soap, just sanitizer. When I encounter a place where the above is true, I begin to have concerns about what condition their kitchen might be in. But, at present I have no evidence the kitchen is in poor condition. So this location is still deserving of 4 stars.”
“We love Gary’s Supper Club! Usually sit up at their bar for dinner and drinks! Bar staff is super friendly, serve great cocktails and provide great service! Thanks Nikki, Sally, Jesse, Christina and Nino!”
“This will be my new go to place for boba drinks! I went for the first time today and the staff was very friendly and efficient. The atmosphere is great if you want to take pictures - When I went they were finishing hanging a bunch of origami paper cranes from the ceiling. The drinks are delicious, I got the Brown sugar milk tea w/ boba and Matcha Latte w/ boba. Both of these drinks were made very well, the cup was full to the top and the amount of ice is perfect (they use what most places would consider light ice) so you actually get a good amount of drink and boba for your money.”
“Convenient sushi place for the south suburbs. We got takeout so I can't speak on the service or ambiance. I thought it was delicious, though my husband wasn't as big of a fan. I think the flavors were good but not as comparable to other sushi in the Twin Cities and suburbs. We got crab rangoon (more on the sweet side vs savory), two rolls, and chicken fried rice. The fried rice had a bit of a fishy aftertaste and was quite salty but my 2 year old daughter liked it regardless! I can't remember the rolls we got but they were good and satisfied my sushi craving. I liked the jasmine milk tea ! Huge serving of that and it was pretty affordable as well. Although the quality was fine, we felt like it was priced significantly higher compared to other sushi restaurants in the suburbs and the portions were a bit smaller. Regardless it was a good quick option for sushi that's not too far from us and it was still yummy!”
“By far the best place to get a shake + tea. The owner, Jess goes above and beyond to not only make sure your drinks are served right, but genuinely cares about getting to know each and every customer. My favorite shake is the waffle cone, and tea is just about any and everything!! Very knowledgeable about anything you may have questions about?”
“I’m 35 weeks pregnant and sometimes it’s difficult to want to eat healthy but nautical bowls is an easy and delicious option for me. I just swung by and picked up my to go order and the adorable packaging made my day! Thanks to the sweet gal working this morning!!”
“I had my favorite, the chicken fried chicken. It was good. But they forgot the sawmill gravy. Waited 7 minutes for the waitress to get back to tell her and another 3 to get it. They forgot my spoon. It was busy but the one down where I am are busier and I never had any problems. I still love this chain. But not a huge fan of this particular store.”
“Craving poke? This hidden gem is a family-owned restaurant that serves up some of the most delicious and satisfying poke bowls I've ever had. The ingredients are fresh and flavorful, and the portions are perfect. The friendly owners adds to the warm and welcoming atmosphere. It's definitely worth a trip, even if it's out of your way. This is my favorite place to get lunch.”
“It is difficult to find good employees and for the most part there are a lot of good people working here - just not our server. Thanks to the bartender and waitress working the bar area for helping out.Food was good. I’d return again in hopes of a better experience.”
“I love this place. We always go for the hibachi dinners and they are so good (Yum yum sauce is essential). The staff is very welcoming and gives good service. I personally haven't had the sushi but I've heard it's very good as well. Pretty cool style on the interior, nice lighting, and a relatively small space which is nice.”
“I always love going to this place. Food is always piping hot and ready fast. Even during COVID they had a half a mile long wait in the drive-thru. That should say everything about this ”
“Can't give a full review because we didn't get in. They had over an hour wait. March madness Saturday. We wanted hors d d'oeuvre and bloodys. They were very apologetic. Try back another time. Looked fun.”
“Wonderful staff, phenomenal food (try the Amish Chicken), and superb cocktails. What an amazing solo dinner, or date night location! Thank you Bob for getting my meal ❤️ I appreciate you!”
“Always a great meal at the Porterhouse. The quality is top notch, drinks are flavorful and the staff consistently delivers an exceptional experience (Pam killed it the last time I was there). The only downside is that the place is relatively small and they pack you in, so it can get quite noisy. You can definitely look past that though for all the other reasons I just mentioned.”
