Looks like an ice cream shop. Then they take you to the dining and you see pink panther stuffed animal decor.The bread that comes with the dinner salad was pretty decent. Got the ravioli appetizer. A little bland on the inside but the sauce and outside were decent.Service was a little slow and the pop was flat. Great portion for the pasta. Had leftovers for the next day. “My husband and I came to Stillwater for our anniversary. We luckily found this little dive bar while we were looking for something fun to do. All the restaurants and bars down town didn't really suit us and were packed. They have pool and darts and big screen tvs to watch the games. The bartender was awesome and kept our glasses full despite the fact he had to cover the whole bar by himself. 100% will be going back next time we are in town.“

This has been the closest thing to a nyc slice i've had in a while here in MN. I must say that this place is a pain in the a$$ to get to. I walked literally 20 mins trying to find the place..i would give 4 stars but the pizza was too good. And they're quick with it, got my slices hot and ready in like 3 mins or less. “It's rare to find a family dine-in Pizzeria these days. Especially rustic and historic places like this. The food is really good and they serve these fresh fried potatoes with sour cream that is pretty unique the broasted chicken I hear is really good but I usually get the pizza. The pizza is really cheesy and the crust is really good. That's a great informal atmosphere so you don't have to worry about dressing up so if your blue collar or have 10 Rowdy kids you'll fit right in. “I placed my order when I was across the street at Lund's & Byerly's. I went in and did my grocery shopping then went across the street and food was ready. They must have upped their game because both were super good! The salad tasted great and had lots of flavor and I loved the dressing. I think I ordered the Tuscano for the pizza with the Mount Vesuvius tomato upgrade.The combo of the sausage, red peppers and those tomatoes couldn't have been better. My only confusion was they have a sign that says Check In. I think it should say Pick Up. But otherwise everything was great and nice people. “Low key, laid back, relaxed atmosphere. Staff is friendly, though there are few staff. We have gone there numerous times. Pretty good food. This was our 1st time not ordering a pizza. Salad was good. Meatball sandwich was not bad but not great. We enjoy coming here. Older crowd with fun music, meat raffle and Bingo nights.Kid-friendliness: Not a place for children.“

“We have both eaten in and taken out pizza from this location. Same great Savoy's pizza like we used to get down in St. Paul. Unlike Blaine, this location has an eat in area with big booths and tables. There were few eat in diners, but a fair amount of take out. It was nice for a little birthday pizza get together with family. Everyone enjoyed the food. Beer is available and soft drinks. The family deal comes with cookies. I was expecting fresh baked since they have the ovens but instead you get 4 big prepackaged cookies.“

“Reds on White Bear is GREAT! Thin crust, tons of toppings and cheese- lots of cheese and cut in squares, the correct way to eat this type of pizza. Kidding aside, Savoys is an excellent choice for delivery or take out pizza! Not sure if there are tables inside....but single slices are available lunch hours. Wait times at prime times can be around an hour but plan ahead and call early and no problem. In-house delivery is an advantage because their employees are delivering, so your customer service is impeccable! Our favorite is the Savoy house special. The leftovers, if you are lucky to have any, are great in the air fryer! Treat yourself with Savoys! No pics because we ate it all“

“The food is great, as long as your not ordering delivery, they have 2 people on weekdays and maybe 1 on weekends, so food will arrive cold and in 1 hour and 30 minutes minimum, pizza is OK to reheat, fries, not so much. When ordering take out, please remember it's a small staff and when it's busy they will be short with you, but the food will be amazing. The inside of the restaurant is small, but definitely had a homey feel.“

We order from here frequently and haven't been disappointed once (well technically my husband thinks they don't bring the cheese close enough to the outer crust, but that's stemming from his teenage days working in pizza shops-the rest of us don't notice). “This Pizza Man has been a staple of mine for as long as I can remember. My Grandparents would order from here when I was such a small child. It's so nice that this place is still open. Nothing else has survived in this strip, but I hope Pizza Man holds out forever. The pizza is so good, the ingredients are very fresh, it's quality you can see and taste. “This was our first time going to Chuck E Cheese with our kids, and they had a blast. The food was decent, and the games were all in working order, except for one. It's nice that they moved the ticket system to wireless. The staff lacked customer service, but they were all very young, so maybe this was their first job. This location is smaller than the ones we've been to, but it was perfect for our first timers. We purchased 120 points and got to play games several times and use the picture kiosk. All in all it was a great experience. We would recommend.“

“Honestly. It feels weird even doing a review for a huge national chain that isn't necessarily the object of consistent affection. But this Mahtomedi/Willernie Dominos has consistently been so extremely excellent that my wife and I can't stop remarking to each other about it. So, I thought why not write a review? They always make a great pizza. One time they screwed up, they were sure to give me a coupon for a free future pizza. They are consistently friendly and speedy. Sometimes they get very backed up but, when I go in there, they are obviously all working at as speedy a rate as possible to keep up with demand. (It drives me crazy when I see a place that has customers waiting but everyone is working at a lazy pace - that is fortunately NEVER the case with this location.) Especially in this time of COVID, supply chain problems, and worker shortages, I remain impressed that this location so steadfastly keeps everything humming along with a great quality product and such a friendly demeanor. For the record, I don't personally know anyone involved in Dominos at all. This is all sincere. If you look at my other reviews, you'll see that I am more than ready to give crappy reviews when called for. But I do enjoy giving an excellent review when called for. The Mahtomedi/Willernie Dominos deserves an excellent review.“
