The whole grilled fish our waitress mentioned rotates depending on what is available fresh and it was cooked to Perfection and probably our favorite thing all weekend. The cocktail menu is unique and everything that we had the opportunity to try was delicious I highly recommend doing the cocktail flight to anybody who doesn't have a favorite spirit. Staff was incredibly friendly and knew what they were talking about if you had questions. To those looking at going here reservations are a must!!!! Great atmosphere as well“

“I have had the No Payne No Gain, Veggie Burger option, the wings (yum, if they have jerk chicken wings on special they are to die for as a Caribbean American), the Banh Mi is excellent, Beet Salad delicious (a bit spendy, but still an explosion of flavor), the Tennessee Hot Chicken is actually hot, they are known for the amazing variety of bread puddings they rotate flavors. “Came for brunch at 1pm on a Saturday and there was a lot of available seating. We got the gem lettuce salad, American Burger, and French toast and all 3 were very good. The salad has lots of fresh herbs, and the dressing was very flavorful. The burger was the perfect indulgent meal with tons of oozy cheese, fresh pickles and a good crust on the outside of the patties (like a smash burger). The French toast was made using in house bread, and had a beautiful custardy inside and crunchy outside. I made sure to cover every bite with the blueberry sauce. It wasn't too sweet, but it still felt decadent. The restaurant has a chic industrial feel with lots of natural lights and a few plants. I would come back here in a heartbeat!“

The place is nicely decorated and linens were provided for the table and napkins, a nice touch.Orders were placed and received in a reasonable amount of time.The food was really delicious. We ordered the Chicken Marsala, spinach with mushrooms, and chicken with vegetables. All three were excellent. The waiter asked how ? we wanted the food on a scale of 1-5. We ordered a 1, 2, & 3. The spiciness was perfect, the 3 delivered a nice kick, but not unpleasant, the 2 just a tad below the 3, and the 1 had no heat.The rice was really good and was not lumpy or sticky. We asked for a second dish, and it was delivered immediately.The naan was also very good. I preferred the naan with cheese over the naan with garlic, a personal preference.Will definitely have to return as there are many more offerings on the menu that looked interesting.If you want good Indian food, I highly recommend India Palace.“

“Great place, good food, weird vibe! The waitress or cook was off. We ordered an appetizer. Our friends ordered a different appetizer after us. Their appetizer arrived. We asked about ours. She told us it will be coming. Our food arrived and we asked again about the appetizer. She seemed confused. The appetizer never arrived and when she brought the bill she said something about never getting the appetizer. The whole exchange was weird. They should also take salads off the menu. Blathala's bliss is my favorite (sweet and savory), we also had tarantula which also are very flavorful and not a ton of heat.Speaking of heat, rumor has it there is a secret menu not offered until you've had the full gamut of their main menu hottest wings, and if you want to order them you have to call ahead for an appointment, sign a waiver and the wings cannot leave the facility because you could hurt someone with their potency.“

“Their specials are amazingly low priced (as is their regular menu). Love their Coney Dogs (on special 3 days a week for $8.50 for 2 dogs and fries) and the M-F burger basket for $8. This place is a classic bar, the oldest continuously operating bar in Minnesota I believe. Decor is classic, has a tin ceiling, classic beer signs and the like. It can get really busy at times, super crowded l, as a random Saturday where I went in for Coney Dogs- the place was overflowing with bikers standing all over the place. It can also get really loud- I felt like I probably got hearing damage from the raucous noice levels of the bikers. The place is great overall. Staff is friendly, decent selection of beers mostly focused on people pleasing domestics and some craft beers (they are in the Pub Pass too). Check it out for some tasty bar food, just be aware you may have to change your mind and walk across the street to Mac's if the place is elbow to elbow busy.“

It was busy. We made reservations. Celebrated a friend's birthday thier chocolate cake came with sparklers and a cow bell. Fun and delicious. So good!“
