The coffee was good and hot. The reason for the 4 star. It took me about 15 minutes to get a cup of black coffee( no add-on) and I was the only one in line. I've seen about 4 other employees in the back.
The associate that served me was very friendly and helpful. I bought several lemon loaf and muffins to take home. The guy who made my breakfast sandwich was very friendly. An hour after my purchase, I was still sitting there and he walked by and asked if I was okay. Really great!!

The employees here seem to be nice, but they struggle with making orders. This is my second time here. I wanted to give them another chance (everyone makes mistakes) but for the second time they forgot the whip topping and chocolate drizzle. I requested less ice and they filled the cup with ice.
