Always the best cookies, we have to stop and get some cookies every time we are in town. Service is always friendly and fast, sometimes there is a wait on the mini's but it's only a few minutes and they will be incredibly fresh and warm.
We stopped at Insomnia cookies... I was shocked that Mankato had one of these! I also didn't realize we have one in a Dinkytown too! The guy at the counter was super helpful on informing us on the specials and the other locations in MN. This location had a little counter to stand and eat your cookies if you wanted, but no seating. The cookies are very delicious and customers service is the best. Loved that there were soft. Did I mention delicious. Where everywhere closed early you can have cookies , ice cream and milk delivered to you late in the nite. Especially while studying.
