Absolutely horrid. Staff constantly close early including closing the door and trying to lock it directly in front of me 10 minutes before closing time. And that particular time I had tried calling an hour beforehand to try and get an order placed and the first call never got answered, the second they put me on hold indefinitely, the third time they just hung up on me. Another separate time from that me and a friend tried to order the new calzony and we were there for 45 mins as they messed up our order 3 separate times including giving our orders to someone else. Never ever go to this little Caesars ever your better off just being hungry

I was new to using the Pizza Portal Pickup. The time previous I had gone and it was so busy I didn't know who was in line and who was simply waiting, so I tried the Portal Pickup. So easy, will definitely use it again.

Who ever the cashier was on Friday night 10/20 was very rude to a bunch of customers while I was there for almost an hour waiting on my food that they forgot about. Told me they would give me a free item and they didn’t. They also forgot my sauces, a few other younger guys were also being very rude.

Pizza is never cooked! I have gotten several pizzas that were just plain dough because they were not cooked enough! I recently ordered the 4 quarter Calzony and half of the pizza was not cooked at all! They never do a quality check on thier food because if they did they wouldn't sell it like that! Managers do nothing about the quality and just allow it to keep happening! All they do is give you free crazy bread thats cheap when they are confronted or they don't believe you and try to tell you it's not thier problem!

I just love the supreme deep dish pizza, never disappoints.
I’m not sure who was working tonight ( 10-Sep-23 around 6:30 pm) but they were great! There was a disrespectful customer and the way the young counter person handled themselves and the manager on duty stepping in was great! The customer left and everyone in the waiting area shouted with joy. That manager held herself together well and did great at handling the situation.
