“What a treat! In a picturesque stone building immediately across the street from the famous Hubbell House, the Mantorville Saloon is a relaxed, laid—back bar with typical bar food to order. The walls are covered with pictures of local events and history, including a picture of an elegant stone building that used to be about a block away, which had most recently been a plumbing store. There is a very nice tent in the back for people who prefer to eat in the open air. Indoors is very nice, with ample room for social distancing. Ambiance might be typical of a century’s old bar, now with colored lights and televisions for those who want to follow the sports. For Viking’s games, there is a large roll-down screen to give everyone an excellent view.”
“Actually never ate here but have heard wonderful things. Went to High School with Danika, the owner, and I know her and her husband work very hard to make this place as wonderful as it is. Highly recommend for that reason.”
“This is a gem . From the service to the huge portions . It feels like going to grandmas house . I've never been disappointed. My son always gets extra treatment . From the hot chocolate to suckers after breakfast. We were the only table as we arrived just before closing at 11am. Be sure to bring cash . Check this place out .”
“What a wonderful Friday evening! Me and my significant other enjoyed a lovely Jazz band in the bar, I ordered the pork chops which are amazing! Our server was Brenda very delightful! She definitely made us feel so welcomed and at home! 5 stars all around!”
“My family and I have been coming here for the past year and a half and we enjoy our treats and the service every time! The icecream is delicious with lots of options for flavors and toppings and the people who serve are immensely kind.”
“I was in town on business and decided to bring some beer home for my wife and I. The fact that the coconut amber these guys make lives 2 hours away, makes me want to sell everything and move down there. Get those cans in stores please.”
“I made the much needed quick u turn. Catchy sign suggesting to make the u turn in. Glad we did. Loved the friendly staff. I had the octoberfest that was quite refreshing. Not the most bodied beer but easy to drink. I'd stop again!”
“We drove all the way from Rochester after reading the reviews. We are very happy that we did that. The coffee and Danish were really good. The staff was extremely pleasant and warm. We'll definitely visit again.”
“Best coffee anywhere in the world ? not to sweet not too bitter just perfect I have been getting my coffee every morning for the last 2 years haven’t found anything like it anywhere. Best customer service I pull up and they already have my coffee going fast service and diabetic friendly options.”
“Excellent location. Great food. Love the small town Cafe in this heart of this old town. You can get old fashioned meals like meatloaf, and a restaurant that still has "specials!" Love this place.”
“Hands down my favorite birria tacos in the area. Never had a bad meal yet and I’ve tried a variety of different dishes. Love the way they prepare the refied beans. My only complaint is that the lighting is too bright and white at the new locations. Feels a bit like I’m eating at a supermarket. Either way, support this business, it’s authentic Mexican and it’s always consistently prepared well.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair accessible”
“Solid pizza, they definitely don’t skimp on the toppings. Everything was hot and fresh and they even had a guy restoring an old car on TV, which was captivating.”
“Amazing place to stop at! I always travel through Byron going to and from school and make it a necessity to stop! They have so many tea recipes and shakes! I personally have only gotten the teas and they are so unique and very good! Amazing staff always super friendly. And the owner Cindy is always smiling and very thankful for your business! One of my favorite teas is the “Twisted Sisters” tea!”
“Joni is amazing, and she just happens to be a phenomenal baker!! I just had the best banana bread of my life!! And, that’s amazing, as I am gluten intolerant now, and cannot have the treats of my past! This bread was the best texture and flavor, just perfect!! AND, that’s after arriving in Texas! Hands down, I will order ALL of my treats from Joni!! My package arrived timely and was wrapped beautifully, so professional! Thank you Joni!!Joni’s gluten free key lime cookies are the best cookies I have ever had! They have ruined me..I dream of them, and my kids steal them! She always does something extra, too! The Texas shape was so sweet and fun! Thank you Joni! ❤️❤️Dietary restrictions: Joni can do anything great! Gluten free?? Yes!! The very best cookies and breads! I ordered banana bread for Christmas gifts, by mail, to Texas. Everyone was blown away! Highly recommend Sinnamon’s Bakery!! ❤️❤️❤️”
“Awsome buffet. Loved to. So many choices all delicious. I always wanted a Mexican buffet. This one did not disappoint. $15.99 all u want to eat including beverages”
“Always love Otto's! Best doughnuts around! Go there a couple times and they usually remember you and what your likes are. Great small town service in a mom and pop shop!”
“First time today! Went in for a shake for little man, cause he wasn't feeling well, got the shake and 2 Knockout teas on the recommendations of the owner and another customer. Thank you both for the suggestion! The knockout tea is very tasty and Lil man is drinking it down! Will definitely be back!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
“The pizza was awesome. When people say get there early, they are not kidding. We got there at 4:35 and all of spots in the shade were taken. The pizza was ready in about 20 min and worth every penny.”
“Harolds is your typical small town Main Street bar with Off Sale beer and liquor. Cash only, no food, cold beer, stiff drinks, and local watching. We love it, but it ain't fancy.”
“The food here is so delicious! Everything we ordered was fabulous, but the crab rangoons were what really blew me away. They were bigger than at most places, included more filling, and had amazing flavor. Additionally, they were not overly greasy, and were fried to perfection. The sweet and sour sauce was very good, not thin and watery like other places I have been. My order was ready exactly when it was promised, and the staff member I interacted with was friendly and helpful. I will be back! :)”
“My husband loves golfing here. They have great food as well and the Med City Seltzers are awesome. We’ve had breakfast & dinner here and both were awesome.”
“Favorite place to get Chinese food, I have tried most all of the restaurants in Rochester and definitely can say this is by far my favorite. It's nice to have a Chinese restaurant outside of Rochester that is easy to pick up on my commute home. Will continue to dine here.”
“This is my first time in Haku Asian and everything is fine! Fast service! Delicious food! Never leave hungry! The environment is also very lovely, the music is very quiet and a good place to relax”
“The house margaritas are always awesome. Food can be hit or miss, but staff are always friendly and polite.Parking: Shared with Legion.Kid-friendliness: Easy place to take kiddos if they like Mexican.Wheelchair accessibility: Easy entrance and lots of tables. Haven't used the bathroom to know about accessibility.”
“We are pretty new to MN so we're loving checking out the new to us restaurants. We stopped in here last night after some shopping and were HUNGRY. Our waitress was excellent! Super sweet to our kiddos! The food came out quick and was delicious! As hungry as we were we still left with takeout boxes! And the prices were great for as much food as we got! Definitely will be returning!”
“Good to take a bite, Service was ok. The building is kind of old...Parking: Decent amount, can fit a busy day.Kid-friendliness: Ok.Wheelchair accessibility: Perfect!”
“This is a small local bar & grill. Very clean! Our waitress was friendly & very on top of things. She brought my husband an iced tea refill before he had finished his first! And the place was not empty. We had the fried cheese curds. They were fantastic! Obviously they were hand dipped. My husband’s broasted chicken was very good. The meat was juicy & flavorful. He had the tator tots that was also very good. I had the beef/lamb gyro with their “flat” French fries. I wouldn’t order the gyro again. The meat was over cooked. The fries were good. We ordered a pizza to go as we were staying in a hotel and didn’t want to go out again for dinner. Excellent thin crust pizza! We’re in the area once a year and we will be sure and come back here next year!”
“For those looking for that artistic vibe, this is a great venue to play music, meet people, listen to music and just be. Also it’s fun to grab some wine to relax with :)”
“Great place with a suuuper comfy booth to chat the afternoon away in. The burger was ON POINT and tasted like it just came off of a charcoal grill (chef's kiss), and our server, Alicia was amaaaaazing as well; we waited for nothing because she was TOP NOTCH and on it--love her!!!♥️?? I can't say enough good things about our experience here or our server; I'd definitely go back any day! ? Thank you, Wildwood! ?”
