First time here. We had the brisket bagels. Staff was good and restaurant was clean. The food came out fairly fast and was fresh. The bagels were very good! Toasted to perfection. Brisket was about the perfect amount. Cream cheese was just right and the diced jalapeños were a nice add to the flavor without adding too much heat. Will definitely come back if I get the chance!

tell me why the website says you open at 6, it’s now 6:15 & you’re still closed.I was waiting at the drive thru for someone to help me, no one did. Pulled up to the drive thru window to see if there’s anyone inside, which there was…. she stood there and stared at me and didn’t come to the window or anything.Mind you i waited 20 mins for yall to open @ 6 and its now 6:20 & still not open.

I go every Saturday morning with my daughter and the staff are always very polite and welcoming. We love that this place has become part of our weekend routine.
The cashier was very nice and helpful when we went in and the food was to be as we expected.They didn’t have a fresh pot of the coffee we ordered, so they brewed a new one which is great, we had time.When the order was called out, another woman took our coffee and when we explained the scenario the barista refused to make another coffee for us. It was just a cup of black coffee. The barista was also on their phone while making coffee having a heated, unprofessional conversation verging on shouting.The 1 star is just for this horrible experience with the barista.

This is the second time we have eaten at Bruegger's Bagels in Maple Grove. It has been busy both times. Having work at Big Boy's Restaurant and other eateries for 8 years of my life, I do know something about hospitality. Ian, taking orders at the cash register, was very patient with every customer and even when he was new the first time we stopped in, he stayed cool and asked questions of his colleagues in a very respectful way, and his colleagues helped him through all his questions. The people making the bagels and coffee were also cordial, smiling and looked like they were having fun. Thanks for the great bagel experience.Parking: practical
I’ll admit, I do not go for bagels often. Staff were not friendly/service oriented and said the sign is right there if you’d care to look and walked away to do something else.Lived up to its poor ratings but was the closest bagel shop at the time. I’ll make the drive next time.

Went in to order and had the worst customer service I have ever received at a Caribou/Bruegger's! I will not be going back to this location.
The store was clean and cashier friendly. Coffee came quickly, as did the bagels, and the order was correct. Bagels were soft on the inside and a firm crust. I had the pumpernickel, which is one of my favorites. It was Tosted perfectly and a good amount of plane cream cheese. I was very happy with the bagel!

HORRIBLE, DON'T BOTHER!! I've been going here since they opened this location and was excited to have a drive through Bruegger's nearby. This location has gone downhill DRAMATICALLY. There's definitely been a chance in management and they DO NOT care about customer service. I keep trying to give them a chance, but today was the last straw for me. There were only 2 cars in the drive thru ahead of me and it took 25 minutes to get a bagel and a coffee drink!!!!! Are you kidding me?! That's insane. At least 10 of those minutes were sitting at the window waiting for my drink! As I watched them walk around unconcerned ignoring the drive thru with each pass and no one at their drink station making anything while the drive thru line continued to increase behind me. At least the lady at the window had the decency to apologize for the wait, but seriously?! This isn't the first time this insanely long drive thru time has happened to me, but it will absolutely be the last! I will not bother going back. They need some serious new management here who actually care.

Waited in drive thru line for 15 minutes for my daughter to order a coffee drink only to be told we couldn't get coffee because they weren't staffed. On a Monday morning. No sign so we could avoid line, nobody came out to let anyone in line know ... just wait until you get to the order kiosk. No offer to give us anything for our time (rain check or free bagel or something would have been a nice gesture). All we were told is that we could wait until someone gets there if we want. They should be staffed in the next 2-3 hours! Seriously, I suppose since they already wasted 15 minutes of our time we might want to sit around for another couple hours to see if anyone showed up. Ignore the fake response from the owner. Skip this place. Maybe when they close due to lack of business someone will open a store worth going to.
