They are very understaffed even though it shows a lot of people work there. I came in and one kid was canceling the whole store. I waited ten minutes to place an order. I ordered one drink and he just gave me the total. I mentioned I had another order and he sighed. I felt bad for the guy as he was slammed. I waited another ten minutes to get my order but only after the people behind me got theirs. Not sure what happened Ed but it looks like he forgot my order.

Takes FOREVER to get anyone to pay attention to you and actually take your order and/or provide your pickup order from the fridge. Not worth it, especially at the ridiculous prices.

Clean bathroom. SUPER CUTE atmosphere. The couches were insanely comfy. Super aesthetic place. Easy to order on their touch pad and they had tap to pay and Apple Pay. Lady who gave me my food was sweet. It was empty when I was there and I ordered two smoothies and a tiramisu and it took like five minutes to be ready.

Tried Jamba Juice for my first time today & when I walked in I read a sign stating all of the things they were out of (no big deal). We were greeted as soon as we walked in & the workers were very quick to give recommendations and substitutes for the ingredients they were out of. They thanked us for being patient & explained they were going through some management changes and they’re trying their best, and they seriously were so kind and helpful. Seems as the team works well with one another and has good morale and are quick to roll with the changes of working in customer service. Definitely will be back to this location when I’m in the area, thanks for a wonderful first experience in a difficult time. ?

More than once now we have gotten there an hour before closing and they had already taken apart the orange juice machine. This has happened a few times now that at 5:45 they have things taken down when they close at 7. Usually we get 4 large orange juices and are happy to leave a generous tip when there is actually service available, which is rare.

Love the smoothies but recently they have not been good. I think the staff needs to be trained better . I’m paying ten dollars for a smoothie it shouldn’t be watery and taste like water .. I asked for it to be remade and the taste was slightly better but still watery . The other smoothie I received was simmilar as well but this one was extremely sweet and watery . I come here all the time so I know when they make it properly . The employees are not welcoming at all which maybe they had a rough day I get it but even a welcome would be something, better than nothing.I’m willing to pay for these overpriced smoothies but I do expect them to be made correctly and taste good ! Probably won’t be back to this location for ahwile .

Closed at 2 on Wednesday 11/21/23. Post-it note in door that they closed at 2pm. I ordered for pick up and my order went through and when I arrived I saw the post it note that they were closed. Tried calling on 11/24/23 to get my money back, but phone is just going to VM. Be aware of this location and the inconsistent hours.

JR was professional and made sure to say hello to everyone coming in even though they were slammed. In the rush, they forgot to make my order. JR apologized and actually upgraded my smoothie to a larger size. Jamba Juice.. JR deserves a raise!

Decided to go to Jamba over Mango Mango next door because Jamba offers protein.Nobody needs to be happy all the time but all four employees looked miserable. Definitely lacked customer service.I got the vanilla blue sky with soy protein… all you taste is the hint of soy. There’s no coconut or vanilla flavor and if there is, it’s so watered down you can’t actually taste it. We were in a time crunch so I didn’t want to waste more time getting a refund.Go to mango mango next door.

There are several reviews that state this as well, and sadly I have to agree. The staff at this location just all seem to have bad attitudes, clearly seem like they just don't want to be there, are generally not helpful, and almost straight up ignore the customers. I stood at the mobile pickup counter for about 5 minutes after telling one of the guys that I was there to pick up my mobile order. He called one of the other staff and just pointed to the cooler and walked away. I figured he was going to get my order, but never came back. Finally another staff member came over (after ignoring me for 5 minutes) and asked what I needed. I told her I was there for a mobile pickup, and she pulled it out of the cooler. It was literally there the whole time.I could understand the wait if it was busy, but there was only 1 other customer in the store! She was the one that pointed out that my order was probably already done.

So extremely slow they aren't even blending anything and there's over 10 people waiting, i've been waiting for 30 minutes and they haven't even started my order. will not be coming back.Update: finally got our drinks after 40 minutes after ordering. very disappointing.
