My first time coming here, my first impressions were a little underwhelming, the bialy they grabbed for me was one of the smaller ones, the cream cheese didn't seem very generous, and I paid almost $6, 7 with tip. However, as soon as I bit into it I was so happy with my purchase! The bagel style is not what anyone in Minnesota would be used to, buying bagels in the store. Can't get enough of Asa's! This neighborhood gem serves delicious bagels and their cream cheese is excellent (it's fun to try the seasonal ones too!). The staff here are friendly and service is great. They also have vegan options which is nice.

Everything bagels, with everything on both sides and a great chewiness. Enjoyed those with salmon, whitefish, dill cream cheese and chives+radish cream cheese (multiple occasions). Salt bagels just with butter, delight.
