“Visited 4/15/24. Back at BLG. As always, give yourself time (and money) for parking. I like the ramp across the street vs trying to find street parking. We got a reservation in advance which was good because this place was popping on a Monday night! To start, we split the garlic and EVOO and then the charred red onion with goat cheese bruschettas. My sister and I were partial to the goat cheese one but both were solid. I got the gnocchi with cauliflower and orange (my fave), my sister got the red wine with pine nut spaghetti, and my mom got the mushroom and taleggio agnolotti. I've had the gnocchi before and it was just as good this time. The sleeper hit of the night was as the red wine with pine nut spaghetti-honestly a good price for the portion size and the overall flavor. The agnolotti was rich but delicious. Honestly everything that I've had at BLG has been on the richer side but that's low key how I prefer my Italian food. I love this place and would recommend it to anyone. Old school Italian meets modern in a trendier place that still feels homestyle like my Italian grandma's kitchen.”

“Hands down one of my favorite new restaurants of 2024 so far. Service was amazing (they clear your plates and utensils between every course), and every dish my group ordered was amazing. I was a huge fan of the pork chop, smoked eel, and I still dream of the octopus bolognese. It is a bit of a pricier spot, but totally worth it (I'm already thinking about when I'd come back for the bolognese). It's a little small inside since it took over the old Revival on Nicollet, but I love the moody vibes.”

“This is the finest dining in Minneapolis, hands down. I went in February 2024 and everything was executed with meticulous care. Every single dish was perfectly balanced. There was nothing superfluous, nothing too heavy, nothing too acidic. The wine pairings were well thought out. Also, none of the staff forgot I was a pescatarian at any point. It was also the perfect amount of food. For the quality of the food the prices were extremely reasonable. I have been to most of the fine dining establishments in the Metro and don't think the others, like Travail or Spoon and Stable, which are amazing in their own right, can really compare to Tenant. This is where you bring a true foodie if you want to impress them.”

“I love this place. As far as I know there isn't a better breakfast at this price point anywhere in the city. Certainly not downtown.My Saturday morning ritual over the past 6-7 months has been to get two Cryin Eggys, eat one immediately and eat the second for dinner. They reheat surprisingly well (10 minutes in the oven at 350, then a 20-second blast in the microwave).”

“It was pretty good. Huge piece of fish. I ordered to go. It's a 45 min to an hour drive home. Once I got home, put some in air fryer to warm up. It re heats very well.”

“We truly enjoy our meal. Had the masa and salads, tempura shrimp tacos, sweet potatoes and tlayuda. They are were delicious. My drink (T&T) was fresh and complemented the meal perfectly. Service was very good.”

“We were walking on the street to grab a small plate, and this restaurant was calling us in. Window seating, white modern decorations with a nice menu made us walk into the restaurant. We sat immediately, and people were friendly. I got duck tataki and a skin skewer. My partner got thigh and breast skewers. Because we ordered individually his skewers and mine came in different plates. Which was perfect because I didn't wanna share my seasoning or dipping sauce lol Every dish was prepared & cooked perfectly. So yummy. I wouldn't mind having the skin a little bit more crispy. However, I enjoyed what I got anyway. My eyes are still on squid ink pappardelle. I hope they will keep it on their menu until I come back to Minneapolis :) I also loved how they brought the check lol it's super cute”

“We held our company Christmas Party at their beautiful restaurant and had such a great time! The staff were so attentive and wonderful to interact with throughout the whole evening! We ordered an array of food and our employees couldn’t stop talking about how fantastic the prime rib and KFC (Korean fried cauliflower) were! The talk around the shop about this event and the delicious food went on for days! We all had such a great experience from start to finish. They made it so easy to plan, set up, host and tear down. We would highly recommend anyone looking to host a party to come here! Now if you are just looking for a bite to eat for a date night or family night out, they also have you covered. No matter what plans you have this is the spot to be! A huge thanks to Lake and Irving for all they did for us and a massive thank you to Chris the chef! That meal was better than we could have ever expected!”

“We were a group of 14 and ordered almost everything on the menu. Honestly there were only hits, no misses! Everything was delicious. My personal favorites were the spring rolls, ribs and Balinese Chicken Thigh. For such a busy table our waiter was truly on top of his game! Fantastic restaurant, we already can’t wait to go back!”

“The restaurant is very beautiful. The space is fairly large and there are different coves for seating. There's also a decent size bar area. The restaurant is also very aesthetically pleasing. Our server was great and explained everything to us. He was also very knowledgeable about the food choices. I would say the food was just okay. Nothing really to rave about. I don't think there was a single thing we had that I could say was phenomenal. The portion sizes are small, but it's definitely good for a tapas style meal if you get enough. I would give this place a four out of five stars more so because of the great service.”

“Chole by Vincent fills a gaping void in the Twin Cities restaurant scene — French Traditional dishes, done to perfection, without feeling a need to have a “unique twist” or “fusion” element. Don’t get me wrong, those other kinds of restaurants can be good. But, when you want comfort food in an amazing environment, look no further than Chole. Our group had the French Onion soup and the daily special mushroom soup appetizers. Both of which were excellent. For mains, we had steak frites, cassoulet, the scallops, and a Vincent burger. Again, all excellent. Try it – you won’t regret it!”

“Such a great experience! I made reservations for my husband’s birthday on a Friday night. They sat us immediately and told us they saved us a booth. Then they made us a complimentary birthday drink. The food was delicious and drinks were good. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and will put this on our “restaurants list” for future fine dining options!”

“Heather's in Minneapolis is a favorite. It's that neighborhood joint everyone wants with great burgers, sandwiches, and salads, a great kids menu and twisty soft serve or cookies to keep the wee beings happy. But also that cozy date night spot with amazing daily specials and lovely grown up desserts on the patio.In practice, we usually order delivery (via Toast) and there's always a little tension between a dinner order (because THOSE SPECIALS!) or weekend brunch. We were able to do both today because they offered their daily special as part of their holiday brunch menu: lemon blueberry pancakes AND the ham special with asparagus and cheesy potatoes were both just amazing. ?Ordered pastries for week day breakfasts while I was at it but the delivery person missed the second bag or something. They made it right immediately - barely hung up the phone before the doorbell rang and a smiling, kind Heather's staffer was on my porch with a bag full of goodies. They just do EVERYTHING right.”

“Extremely friendly atmosphere and staff. Our server, Jackson, has the best personality. Being our first visit, he explained the ingredients and recommended to try different sauces which were great. We asked to speak with his manager and Danny was just as kind. It’s nice to see a manager supporting his team with pride.”

The only thing I found disconcerting, and in particular post or mid Covid depending on how you look at it, was that the servers were picking up dirty dishes, handling the mouth area of the glasses, forks, napkins and then serving food.With the automatic 20% tip they charge I would think they could have a dedicated dirty dish person and serving person separately.”

“My husband and I chose to celebrate our one year anniversary here today. It was both of our first times dining at Broders’ and we enjoyed everything about this wonderful experience! Upon arriving we were attempting to take a selfie photo outside and one of the employees opened the front door and asked us if we would like him to take our photo. Tyson so kindly took several photo angles and opened up the door for us as we walked in. It truly felt like we were being welcomed into someone’s warm and inviting home. Our sweet waitress helped me select the most delectable glass of wine I have ever tasted. Words cannot explain how delicious the pasta was… we lapped up every single drop and were in absolute food heaven. To top it all off… we were treated to a free dessert of our choosing along with two chocolate cocoa truffles on the house!! After we finished our meal we went across the street to their storefront to purchase some pasta and sauce to enjoy at some point in the coming weeks. We will definitely be back for all special occasions and certainly for our two year anniversary. If you are looking for a once in a lifetime experience and meal this is the place!! Enjoy!”

“I live in the neighborhood and have come for trivia a few times now. The tacos and nachos are delicious. I went specifically to try the Serrano Dona Fria Mexican Lager and was NOT disappointed. They also sell “You Betcha!” thc chocolate and their own thc seltzers. Excited to have them in our neighborhood and will be back for the Serrano!”

“I have a ton of food intolerances (nothing anaphylactic) and I rarely eat at restaurants because of it. I was so impressed with their willingness to help me find a meal I could eat! The manager himself stopped by to make sure they had the list of allergies correct before they placed the order. It was one of the best salads I've ever had! I didn't even think to take a picture, but I'll just say it was beautiful. :)Dietary restrictions: Very accommodating. I'm grain free, dairy free, nightshade free, legume free, and cant have most oils except for olive oil.”

“I got the 60/40 burger rare and chicken tenders with a hot dry rub, and it was cooked to my liking. I also got a Moscow Mule, it was okay, but nothing to write home about.Parking: There's a free parking lot but it doesn't have a lot of stalls. I had to park 2 blocks away and walk over. It wasn't a big deal but it would be less than ideal in the winter.”

“There was an altercation while we were there and the staff handled it quickly and calmly. Service wasn’t too fast but they were down one person. They were very friendly. The poutine was excellent.Vegetarian options: They have vegan replacements for all their meats and can customize all the dishes. They use vegetable oil for frying.”

“I went through the drive-thru as usual. I ordered ahead of time so I don't have to wait. I don't know about the inside, but service is usually okay. I never get a hello or goodbye, though, but the food is always pretty good. I never give fast food five stars. They have awesome frosties, and I love their strawberry lemonade . If you get the app, you can get some pretty good deals. I got a $5 sandwich for a dollarParking: 1 way in & 1 way out entrance plus the drive-through entrance. I'm not sure maybe 6-10 parking spots.”

“Fastest Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. I had issues with the app, it took about 15 min to figure out. That line backed up about 7 or 8 cars deep about 3 or 4 times. But they cleared it out fast. If it was anywhere else there would be pissed off customers a few city blocks long. They got my confusing order right too.”

I thanked him greatly and was truly impressed with his can do attitude and work ethic to make it right for the client even though I had not asked for it. I am truly appreciative of the whole process and like at White Castle, specifically that location differently.”

“Get your D here for as little as $1 (those any size fries are calling). I like to wrap my mouth around a Big Mac and my Any Size Fry (in the large variety). Slurp some Iced Caramel Macchiatto for a mouth-watering time. Check back in later that day for some McChicken and McNuggets (some McLovin' for you, but not that kind). So overall, a 4/5 experience.”

“Woke up grumpy, went to get my son a burrito as he requested… Paul from the Hiawatha location was such a pleasant surprise! He was so cheerful, he instantly started my day off in the right way! Food was hot and fresh- definitely will be going there more mornings now- most people are just not polite, nice anymore- so to have such an amazing interaction the first thing in the morning was just what I needed! “We eat a lot of South Asian food, and Spice & Tonic has some of the best we’ve had in the Twin Cities area! The tandoori chicken was delicious and exceptionally moist, while the chicken curry was flavorful. Plus, the prices were reasonable. Inside, the decor was lovely and the staff friendly and fast. We highly recommend it!”

“I initially visited this place when it first opened, and my experience wasn't impressive enough to make me return. However, with the positive reviews accumulating over the years, I decided to give it another try. I'm pleased to say that this time around, I was very satisfied. The portions were generous, the food was delicious, and the wait staff was attentive. Although the dining room was loud during our visit at a peak time, I won't let that deter me from returning. I'll simply choose a different time for my next visit.”

Their drink menu has so many cool and unique cocktails that are different from any I have had before. Then there is the food...I literally think about the Chicken Sandwich daily. My daughter went 3 times the first week they were open, and continues to go weekly! There isn't an item in the menu that I've tried that is anything less than AMAZING! I HIGHLY recommend everyone tries it! You definitely do NOT need to be a vegan to love this food. Trust me, TRY IT! It's a make-line style build your own type of restaurant and the line workers pushed the line through at a good speed. I ordered a steak bowl which had a good ratio of meat to toppings.I wish I could have gotten a margarita, me and one of my friends were bummed because one of the main reasons we came was to try the frozen margaritas. Yet they were out of it completely.. There are also canned seltzers but I opted for a limeade that was tart and refreshing. I was also in awe of the beautiful artwork and snapped a quick pic of my favs.Vegetarian options: Friendly for meat lovers and veggie lovers”

“We have never eaten at a restaurant like Legendary Spice. It was an interesting experience. Our waiter was very helpful directing us through the process. There is seriously so much food. The steamed dumplings and sesame balls were absolutely amazing. I ordered the Mushroom hot pot & my boyfriend ordered the spicy beef pot. His was definitely HOT, so not my thing, but he enjoyed it. You can make nearly unlimited choices in Chinese veggies & meats.”

“They serve one of the most satisfying coffees I have tried. I was there every single day for a whole week while I was visiting Minneapolis. I tried different coffees on their menu and they were all good. And the best part is that they are not charging ridiculously high prices for mediocre coffee like most coffee shops do. You can tell the freshness of coffee beans. I wish they were in the mid west too.”

“This place is the most beautiful Caribou I have ever seen with an amazing view of Lake Superior!? I remember back in December I had fallen while opening the door and one of the workers (very athletic and sweet!) jumped the counter and swept me off of the floor. The other workers came to my aid. After this amazing act they gave me a free drink! The other costumers cheered and yip-yip-hoorayed in excitement and I tipped a whopping 20 bucks! I have many nice experiences here like the time someone had an accident and a worker cleaned it up with no complaints. Highly recommended!?”

“There are many many many coffee houses in Minneapolis. I come here solely because of the great staff. Friendly and hard working. It’s important for the staff to engage with customers. Each course was beautifully presented and expressed authentic Japanese flavors and textures that reflected the spring season. The staff were attentive and accommodating. For example, noticing that my wife was left handed the staff set up her table setting to reflect that. That has happened to her only one other time. A small thing for sure, but reflective of the care and attention to detail that was put into everything. Kaiseki Furukawa provides an elegant dining experience from the dinnerware to interior design.
